Having finished reading the text, I am filled with admiration for your abilities. Words fail me to express my praise. You are proficient in Western medicine and skilled in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and you are also well-versed in the product of modern technology—the computer. No one is perfect, yet you must be a dragon among men. Your age must not exceed forty.

I have made slight adjustments to the ten-herb prescription and prepared two formulas:
Formula 1:
Hong Shen (Red Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra) 9g, Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) 4g, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 7g, Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) 2g, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) 5g, Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root) 10g, Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 3g, Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) 8g, Hei Fuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix) 1g, Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) 6g.
Decoct this formula with four bowls of water until two bowls remain. Strain the dregs, dissolve Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) into the liquid, and stir well. Take one bowl at 7:00 AM and one bowl before sleep at night.

Formula 2:
Hong Shen (Red Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra) 9g, Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) 4g, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 7g, Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) 2g, Fuling (Poria) 5g, Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) 10g, Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 3g, Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus) 8g, Hei Fuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix) 1g, Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) 6g.
Decoct this formula with four bowls of water until two bowls remain. Strain the dregs, dissolve Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) into the liquid, and stir well. Take one bowl at 11:00 AM and one bowl at 5:00 PM.
Prepare ten doses for each. Take medicine four times daily. Avoid raw, cold, greasy, and oily foods. Do not use Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus).

For infants, this formula can temporarily replace breast milk:
Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) 50g, White Sugar 10g.
Boil Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) in three bowls of water until one bowl remains. Mix in the white sugar, stir well, and feed to the infant as a substitute for milk.

Hello, Sir. Last night I could not access the Futai Caotang website, thinking something was wrong, but fortunately, it is accessible today.
The patient's blood test results yesterday showed abnormal indicators: White Blood Cell count 24,000, Neutrophil ratio 74%, and Hemoglobin level lower than pre-surgery.
The patient's current condition is as follows: Phlegm in the throat, but afraid to cough due to fear of tearing the wound; dark circles around the eyes and blackening of the lower eyelids; spontaneous sweating (deficiency sweat); poor appetite.
Other conditions are fine.
The child is currently drinking infant formula powder. Does the child still need the prescription you provided?
The patient has abundant lactation. Can the above prescription help retract the milk?
Feedback provided above. Please guide us, Sir. Thank you!

Current medications used by the patient: Antibiotics (stopped starting today), Bromhexine (for expectoration).

If you wish to change the patient's current situation, you should stop Western medicines as soon as possible. Currently, the patient suffers from severe Qi and Blood deficiency. If anti-inflammatory drugs are continued, the Zheng Qi (Upright Qi/Vital Energy) will inevitably suffer further damage. Poor appetite indicates injury to the Spleen and Stomach. Spontaneous sweating is a sign of Yang Deficiency failing to secure the exterior. Darkening under the eyes is a manifestation of Cold coagulation and Blood stasis. The child can be ignored for now; the adult should leave the dangerous situation as soon as possible. In this condition, if Cold-Cooling herbs are used to injure the Zheng Qi, even if an immortal descended to earth, they would be powerless to save the day.

Temporarily change the patient to the following prescription:
Huangqi (Astragali Radix) 20g, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 10g, Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 20g, Fuling (Poria) 10g, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) 20g, Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root) 20g, Dangshen (Codonopsis Radix) 20g, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) 15g, Hei Fuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix) 15g.
Decoct with seven bowls of water until three bowls remain. Take one bowl at 7:00 AM, one bowl at 1:00 PM, and one bowl at 5:00 PM. Four doses. Avoid raw, cold, greasy, and oily foods.

Sir's insight is profound. I will inform the patient and family immediately!
Additionally, since becoming pregnant, the patient's appetite has never been strong. Before admission and delivery, she experienced spontaneous sweating. The dark circles around her eyes have persisted for a relatively long time.
The dosage in this adjusted prescription seems significantly increased. I wonder if the patient can tolerate it?
Please forgive any impropriety.

Precisely because the damage is severe, the dosage is appropriately increased. Originally, small doses were used for mild tonification, considering both the weak constitution and the fetus in the womb. Now is the time to increase strength to attack pathogenic factors and support the Righteous Qi. I hope the patient cooperates fully and tries to avoid taking other medications that may hinder treatment.

Leukemia Mother Risks Death to Stop Medication and Give Birth: Mother and Child Safe

Mother and Child Safe After Birth
"I can hardly wait," said Yue Yan, whose eyes shimmered with crystal tears before entering the operating room. She is suffering from leukemia but risked her life to give birth. She said excitedly. (Our newspaper reported on this yesterday.) Yesterday, the surgery originally scheduled for 2:30 PM was postponed until 5:00 PM. Accompanied by her sister and the netizen "Panghuang," she entered the delivery room. One hour later, accompanied by crisp and loud cries of the newborn, the doctor carried a healthy, rosy-skinned baby out of the delivery room: "A girl, healthy."...
Similar Experiences, Encouragement Across Thousands of Miles
At noon yesterday, Yue Yan, waiting for surgery, looked quite well. She said excitedly, "I really want to see the baby immediately." Her mother teased her, "You didn't sleep well last night, only slept for two hours, and have been excited all along."
The day before, Ms. Xie from Nantong, Jiangsu, contacted our newspaper through various channels. She claimed to have a similar experience and wanted to encourage Yue Yan not to be nervous. Yue Yan was deeply moved and immediately called Ms. Xie.
When the call connected, Yue Yan was somewhat nervous, "Hello, I am Yue Yan, the person you cared about in Chengdu, Sichuan." Ms. Xie, thousands of miles away, told Yue Yan that she was diagnosed with aplastic anemia at 18, gave birth to a son at 26, who is now 10 years old and very healthy. "I was hospitalized when I was 8 months pregnant. The doctors told me it was extremely dangerous. But I wasn't afraid at all." On the other end of the phone, Yue Yan's eyes slowly reddened, and she pulled the blanket to hide her emotions.
"Don't be afraid. People with blood diseases must not be nervous, otherwise bleeding will be more severe." Ms. Xie carefully shared her experience as someone who has been through it. "Touch your belly and tell the baby, 'Baby, let's work hard together. Once you come out, everything will be fine.' I often said this to my child..."
After hanging up, Yue Yan refused to turn her head. Her entire face and eyes were red, and tears slowly flowed down the corners of her eyes. Finally, she simply covered her head with the blanket. After a long while, she emerged but remained silent, seemingly deep in thought.
"Panghuang" Arrives, "Subscribes" to Be Godfather
Around 1:00 PM, the netizen "Panghuang," who had been caring for Yue Yan and the child, arrived at the hospital. "Panghuang" took special leave to welcome the newborn.
"This is my benefactor and the child's benefactor. Without him, I couldn't have persisted until now." Seeing Panghuang arrive, Yue Yan smiled broadly. It was precisely because Panghuang found an excellent TCM practitioner on the website and encouraged her continuously that she could reach today safely. "Will you stay until the child comes out?" "Definitely, I've already taken leave."
As Yue Yan's family chatted with Panghuang, the topic shifted to the child. Everyone hoped for a daughter. Panghuang joked, "I'm the godfather." He preemptively "subscribed" to this important role. Next, he began seriously pondering the godchild's name.
Accompanying into the Delivery Room
By 2:00 PM, Yue Yan smiled and said, "Half an hour left." Anesthesiology doctors came in to inquire about the situation. However, shortly after, the doctors informed them that Director Liu of Obstetrics would personally deliver the baby, so the surgery would be delayed slightly. Although the presence of an obstetric authority brought unexpected joy, they appeared somewhat nervous due to the uncertainty of the timing.
During the conversation, everyone kept checking the clock on the wall. Family members frequently went to the nurse station to ask about the surgery time. After carefully questioning Yue Yan three times, the anesthesiology doctor sought the family's opinion: choose general anesthesia.
At 5:00 PM, accompanied by her two sisters and Panghuang, Yue Yan entered the delivery room.
One Cry, Many Joys
Whenever a doctor carried a baby out of the delivery room, the two sisters and Panghuang waiting outside would rush up to ask for details. Sitting and waiting, they occasionally analyzed why it had taken so long.
The surgery was performed by Associate Professor You Yong. Under general anesthesia, a female infant was delivered in just 5 minutes. The baby measured 45 cm in length and weighed 2650 grams.
The moment the umbilical cord was cut, You Yong immediately inserted a needle into the umbilical vein, allowing all blood between the umbilical cord and placenta to flow into a disposable blood collection bag. A total of 90 ml of umbilical cord blood was collected. Staff from the Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cell Bank quickly transported the collected blood to the center.
Because Yue Yan's white blood cell count was three times that of a normal person, the baby's vitality was poorer than other children. Yesterday afternoon, Director Liu Xinghui of Obstetrics stopped his clinic and rushed to the operating room to rescue the baby. After clearing the airway and performing chest compressions, the baby finally cried loudly.
When the doctor appeared at the door of the delivery room holding the infant and called out Yue Yan's name loudly, her sister and Panghuang immediately surrounded them. "It's a girl, very good." The umbilical cord blood collection personnel quickly entered the delivery room to collect fresh cord blood.
Due to Yue Yan's poor coagulation function, hemostasis took twice as long as in ordinary postpartum women. One hour after surgery, obstetric experts stayed by her side, using various measures to help her stop bleeding.
At 6:10 PM, after the baby was bathed, her legs kicked constantly. The nurse carried her to Yue Yan's ward. The loud "wah-wah" crying sounded like fairy music to everyone. Yue Yan's sister said animatedly, "The baby's cry is very loud, looking very spirited." She then smiled again, "Just that her mouth is a bit big."
At 6:39 PM, Yue Yan was pushed out of the operating room. The anesthesia had worn off. Overwhelmed by the severe pain of the wound, her eyes were unfocused, and she groaned loudly, "It hurts so much, it hurts..."
At 9:00 PM last night, the baby and Yue Yan fell asleep together. Yue Yan still needs to watch out for postpartum hemorrhage and wound infection. Today, staff from the cord blood bank will process the baby's cord blood. The test results will be available in one month.
Expert Opinion
Director Liu Ting of the Hematology Department at West China Hospital stated that leukemia patients should best avoid pregnancy. Pregnancy itself affects disease treatment. During the ten months of gestation, the pregnant woman's condition changes constantly, and treatment simultaneously affects the fetus. In the first three months of pregnancy, doctors generally recommend induced abortion, but Yue Yan insisted on keeping the child, so the doctors could only advise her to stop chemotherapy drugs. However, in the late stages of pregnancy, to ensure the safety of both mother and fetus, doctors had to design multiple treatment plans. Director Liu Xinghui of Obstetrics at West China Second University Hospital also believed that Yue Yan's action involved great risk.
Currently, pediatric examinations show that Yue Yan's baby is normal. Strict medical follow-up will be required in the future to determine if the child is healthy.

If the patient experiences a "Ming Xuan Reaction" (Healing Crisis/Excretion of Pathogenic Factors) after taking the medicine, it is a good phenomenon. Do not use other medications to treat symptoms. Please read carefully the article below the consultation form regarding the Ming Xuan Reaction to prepare mentally.

Hello, Mr. Sanqi.
Latest condition of the patient: Breast engorgement and pain. Drank Maiya Tang (Barley Soup) (the doctor said it must be drunk, otherwise the milk cannot retract); pain disappeared, but still engorged; upon standing for the first time after surgery today, experienced brief dizziness and loss of sensation (about 1 minute, ears buzzing); complexion observed is pale, with slight yellowing on the forehead and cheekbones; throat always has phlegm, wanting to cough.
Spontaneous sweating is also present in other postpartum women in the same ward. I wonder if this is common for all postpartum women?
No longer using antibiotics tomorrow, and currently no other medications are being used.
Should we continue with the above prescription? Please instruct, Sir.

Hello, Mr. Sanqi! It has been a few days since we returned home. Initially, I was afraid the wound would tear and dared not move around. Later, network issues at home prevented internet access, which is resolved today.
First, I, along with the child and family, would like to express our deepest gratitude to you! Actually, my gratitude cannot be expressed in words! Both my life and the child's life were saved by you. How can such great kindness be repaid? When the baby grows a little older, I will definitely take her to meet her savior to express our most sincere and heartfelt thanks in person!
Once again, I bow in gratitude for your great virtue!!!

Currently, self-feeling is good. Overall mental state is excellent. Breasts are no longer engorged. Complexion is relatively ruddy. There is no gum bleeding. Appetite is acceptable. Plan to check blood counts after one month postpartum.
Finished the above prescription. Please continue to provide prescriptions!
Bow in gratitude!

Separated by thousands of miles, doctor and patient never met face-to-face. Only through text communication over the network did this terrifying major disease get cured.
What are those "white coats," armed with sophisticated instruments and high academic degrees, doing when they charge huge sums of money and hasten death?
Incomprehensible.

Mr. Sanqi, my child has a special situation. Could there be some congenital deficiencies? What should we pay attention to in the future?
The child's birth time is December 1st, 5:36 PM. Temporarily named Yuan Jinwen. Please check if this name is suitable from the perspective of Yin-Yang and Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny) theory.
Thank you, Sir!

Child's Bazi (Four Pillars):
Jia Shen (Wood Monkey)
Yi Hai (Wood Pig)
Jia Yin (Wood Tiger)
Gui You (Water Rooster)
Jia Wood takes root in the Hai month, supported by Gui Water to generate it, nurtured by the Yang Qi within Water. This can be considered "obtaining the time"; aided by many Bi Jian (Friend/Peer stars), it can be considered "Body Strong". The Five Elements lack Earth and Fire. Wealth Qi is slightly weak, which is just right for nourishing the body. The Major Luck cycle moves counter-clockwise from Northwest to Southeast, moving from Metal to Earth to Fire. Wealth luck can compensate for the deficiencies in the destiny chart.
Jinwen uses Gold/Jade as radicals and Fire/Earth as core elements. It implies Fire generating Earth generating Gold. This can properly vent the excess of the self and achieve the meaning of Wealth and Officer generating each other. The name is chosen well.
Surviving a great disaster guarantees future blessings. From the Bazi perspective, this child's body should be quite good, especially the fundamental roots are extremely solid. As long as she is not harmed by Cold-Cooling toxic drugs in her postnatal life, her health should surpass that of ordinary people.
