以绳圆病者项，令两头相拄，展绳从大椎正中量之，垂绳一头当脊正下，以墨点讫，又
量病者口两吻头，接绳头正下，复点之，又量病者口吻如前，便中屈绳，接前口吻绳头正下，

令疾者平坐解衣，以绳当脊大椎骨中向下量，至尾株骨尖头讫，再折绳更从尾株尖头向
上量

光明砂（别研） 麝香当门子（别研） 蛇皮（五月五日者熬）
上三味等分研，先以盐汤洗拭干，于疮上敷少蜜，以散敷上，瘥止。
短剧疗谷道中痒痛痔疮。槐皮膏方
槐皮（五两） 甘草 当归 白芷（各二两） 陈豉 桃仁（各五十粒去皮） 赤小豆
（二合）
上七味锉，以猪脂二升煎，候白芷黄膏成，去滓以涂之，日三度。（集验同）
删繁疗虚劳寒，下痢不止，肛边转生肉如鼠乳在大孔旁，时时脓出，名牡痔，鳖甲丸方
鳖甲（炙） 干地黄 黄连 连翘（各七分） 栝蒌 黄 干姜（各六分） 蛴螬（五

炙） 皮（炙） 续断（各五分） 附子（炮） 槐子 矾石（烧汁尽各四分）
上十三味捣筛，以蜜丸如梧桐大，饮下二十丸，渐加至三十丸，日再。忌如常。
又疗肾劳虚，或酒醉当风所损肾脏病所为酒痔，肛门肿生疮，因酒劳伤发，泻清血，肛
门疼痛，蜂房膏方。
蜂房（三两炙） 生槐白皮（十两） 楝实 桃仁（各五十枚熬） 白芷（二两） 赤
小豆（一
合碎） 猪膏（一升半）
上七味 咀，绵裹，以苦酒一升渍一宿，下膏煎，取酒尽膏成，去滓，取杏子大绵裹纳
肛门中，又酒服一方寸匕。（出第三卷中）
必效疗痔及诸虫方。
石榴东引根（深者取一握）
上一味，勿令见风，拭去土锉，又取鹿脯四指大一片，炙两畔令熟，捶碎擘，以水三升
，煮取一升，适寒温空腹顿服之，其患痔盛发者，服即定，诸虫无问赤白并出瘥。（出第三

Cui Shi's Moxibustion Method for Hemorrhoids
Use a rope to encircle the patient's neck, bringing the two ends together. Unfold the rope and measure from the midpoint of Dazhui (GV14), letting one end hang down to the center of the spine, marking the spot with ink. Measure the corners of the patient's mouth (kouwen), connecting the previous rope end directly below, and mark again. Measure the width of the patient's lips as before, then fold the rope in half, connecting it directly below the previous lip-measurement rope end.
Another method:
Have the patient sit upright and loosen their clothes. Place the rope at the center of the Dazhui vertebra on the back and measure downward until reaching the tip of the coccyx. Fold the rope in half again and measure upward from the tip of the coccyx.
Guangji Formula for Treating Hemorrhoids, Carbuncles, and Sores.
Guangming Sha (Calcined Realgar, separately ground) Shexiang (Moschus, separately ground) Shepi (Snake Skin, collected on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month and roasted)
Grind the above three ingredients into powder in equal proportions. First, wash the lesion with salt water and dry it. Apply a small amount of honey to the sore, then sprinkle the powder over it. Discontinue when healed.
Duanju Formula for Itching and Pain in the Anus due to Hemorrhoids. Huai Pi Gao (Sophora Bark Ointment)
Huai Pi (Sophorae Cortex, 5 liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) [each 2 liang] Chenchi (Fermented Soybean) Taoren (Persicae Semen) [each 50 seeds, peeled] Chixiaodou (Vigna angularis Seed, 2 he)
Chop the above seven ingredients and decoct them in 2 sheng of lard. When the Baizhi turns yellow and the ointment is formed, remove the dregs and apply topically, three times daily. (Same as Jiyan Fang)
Shanfan Formula for Deficiency Cold with Chronic Dysentery, where fleshy growths like mouse teats appear beside the anus, discharging pus intermittently, named "Mou Zhi" (Yang Hemorrhoid). Biejia Wan (Softshell Turtle Pill)
Biejia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, roasted) Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, dried) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) [each 7 fen] Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, dried) [each 6 fen] Qicao (Melandri Larva, 5 pieces, roasted) Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu, roasted) Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix) [each 5 fen] Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed) Huaizi (Stemonae Semen) Fanshi (Alumen, calcined until juice is exhausted) [each 4 fen]
Pulverize the above thirteen ingredients and sift them. Form pills using honey, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills with warm water, gradually increasing to 30 pills, twice daily. Observe usual dietary restrictions.
Another formula for Kidney Deficiency due to Labor, or Kidney damage caused by alcohol intoxication and wind exposure, resulting in Jiu Zhi (Alcohol Hemorrhoid): swelling and sores at the anus, triggered by drinking and fatigue, with discharge of clear blood and anal pain. Fengfang Gao (Honeycomb Ointment)
Fengfang (Apis Nidus, 3 liang, roasted) Shenghuai Baipi (Fresh Sophora Alba Cortex, 10 liang) Lianshi (Meliae Fructus) Taoren (Persicae Semen) [each 50 seeds, roasted] Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 2 liang) Chixiaodou (Vigna angularis Seed, 1 he, crushed) Zhigao (Porcine Fat, 1.5 sheng)
Chop the above seven ingredients, wrap in silk, and soak in 1 sheng of vinegar overnight. Add the pig fat and decoct until the vinegar is evaporated and the ointment is ready. Remove dregs. Take a piece the size of an apricot kernel, wrap in silk, and insert into the anus. Additionally, take one fangcun bi (approx. 1 cubic inch) of powder with wine. (From Volume III)
Bixiao Formula for Treating Hemorrhoids and Various Parasites.
Shiliu Dongyin Gen (Root of Pomegranate Tree Growing Eastward, deep root, one handful)
Take this single ingredient. Avoid wind exposure. Wipe off dirt and chop. Take a slice of dried deer meat (Lu Fu) about four fingers wide, roast both sides until cooked, crush and tear it. Decoct in 3 sheng of water until 1 sheng remains. Drink the entire dose on an empty stomach when the temperature is suitable. If hemorrhoids are severely aggravated, administration will stabilize the condition. All parasites, whether red or white, will be expelled and the disease cured. (From Volume III)
