Formula for Longevity: Regular Consumption of Goji Berry to Nourish and Extend Life.
In spring and summer, harvest the shoots and leaves of *Lycium barbarum* (Goji berry) and consume them as ordinary food. In autumn and winter, harvest the fruits and roots. Harvest the fruits in the ninth lunar month and dry them in the sun. In the tenth lunar month, dig up the roots, take the bark, grind it into a powder, and take it at will.
Regarding brewing wine or preparing medicinal pastes with it, there are specific appropriate methods; making soups or porridges is particularly excellent.
Another Formula: Fresh Goji Berry Wine. Indicated for tonifying deficiency, promoting muscle growth, improving complexion, and strengthening the body.
