霜梅(一个) 蓖麻仁(七粒) 生矾(少许) 同捣匀。绵裹塞鼻内。一日夜即愈。
又轻粉(二钱) 杏仁(七粒去油) 白矾(五钱)共为末。吹入痔即化水。又甜瓜蒂(四
钱) 甘遂(一钱) 枯矾 螺壳灰 草乌灰(各五分) 为末。麻油调作丸。如鼻孔
塞入一次。其痔化水。肉皆烂下而愈。又顶上梅花冰片点之。虽痔肉垂下亦入。
连须瓦上焙枯研末。和顶上冰片水调敷。
将铁磨石上取末。猪油调绵裹塞鼻。肉出愈。又干姜为末。吹鼻中。或蜜调塞
绵裹人屎灰。夜卧着之。又烧牛狗骨灰末。以腊月猪脂和敷之瘥。又
又取乌牛耳垢敷。又取牛鼻头津敷之。良。
黄柏 槟榔共为末。猪油调敷。又嫩桃叶捶烂塞之。无叶用枝亦可。又
贴之。又元参研末吹入。或以水将元参泡软塞之。
又陀僧 白芷(各二钱)共研末。蜡
荜茇末吹之。有效。又生花生(四五斤) 入锅内。合患者亲手拌炒。炒之
密陀僧(二两) 细研。每夜用一钱。人乳调涂。早洗去。
桐油入黄丹雄黄敷之。又食盐研细。每早擦牙。噙水濑口。吐入手中洗面。月
又白果嚼融。和甜酒糟。夜敷日洗。甚效。又马兰子花捣封之佳。又荞麦面
涂之。又鸬 矢末。以腊月猪脂和涂之。
Almond (Xingren), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), and Asarum (Xixin) (each 1 qian), Scorpion (Quanxie) (2 pieces), dried and ground into powder. Mix with sesame oil and apply externally.
Frost plum (Shuangmei) (1 piece), Castor bean (Bimaren) (7 grains), and raw alum (Shengfan) (a little), pounded together evenly. Wrap in cotton and insert into the nasal cavity. It will heal within one day and night.
Alternatively, Calomelas (Qingfen) (2 qian), Almond (Xingren) (7 grains, oil removed), and white alum (Baifan) (5 qian) are ground into powder together. Blown into the hemorrhoid site, it will liquefy.
Alternatively, Melon stalk (Tianguadi) (4 qian), Kansui root (Gansui) (1 qian), calcined alum (Kufan), oyster shell ash (Luokehui), and Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root (Caowu) ash (each 5 fen) are ground into powder. Mixed with sesame oil to form pills. If the nasal passage is blocked, insert once; the hemorrhoids will liquefy, necrotic flesh will slough off, and healing will occur. Additionally, apply Borneol (Bingpian) from the top of the head to the affected area; even if hemorrhoidal tissue prolapses, it can be treated.
Additionally, take [herb/substrate with roots] dried on a tile over fire until charred, grind into powder, mix with Borneol water from the top of the head, and apply.
Grind iron on a whetstone to obtain iron powder. Mix with pork lard, wrap in cotton, and insert into the nose. Prolapsed hemorrhoidal tissue will retract and heal.
