花（二钱） 加上桂心五分。姜枣砂糖汤为丸。
Grind equal parts of Zhi Ruxiang (Baked Frankincense), Zhi Moyao (Baked Myrrh), Haipiaoxiao (Cuttlebone), and Chishizhi (Red Halloysite) into fine powder. Melt Huangla (Yellow Beeswax) and mix with the powder to form cakes for application. Bandage securely.
Use Yuanhua (Genkwa Flower, 5 qian), Biqian (Spider Web from Wall, 2 qian), Caowu (Aconitum Root, 5 qian), and Baikou Xian (White Cardamom Thread, 3 qian). Add one bowl of water and slowly boil in a porcelain jar until dry. Do not sun-dry; instead, dry in the shade. When treating symptoms, tie the affected area tightly with silk thread, tightening it daily until the lesion naturally becomes black and necrotic.
Mix equal parts of Longgu (Dragon Bone), Wubeizi (Chinese Gallnut, stir-fried), Ruxiang (Frankincense, oil removed), Kufan (Burnt Alum), and Xuyutan (Charred Human Hair) into a fine powder. Apply as a dusting powder to absorb pus.
Grind Yanzhi (Madder Root), Zhu Zhuxie (Bamboo Borings), Shiliu Hua Ban (Pomegranate Petals, baked), and Bingpian (Borneol) into a fine powder. Apply as a dusting powder.
Grind Huajiao (Sichuan Pepper, 1 qian), Shu Fan (Calcined Alum, 2 qian), Huoxiao (Saltpeter, 1 qian), Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 qian), and Shexiang (Musk, 6 fen) into a fine powder and form pills.
Mix Shexiang (Musk, 1 qian), Da Zhizhu (Large Spider, 7 pieces), Da Wugong (Large Centipede, 7 pieces), Da Meipian (Borneol, 1 qian), Gong Dingxiang and Mu Dingxiang (Clove, 1 qian each), Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales, 7 pieces), Tian Can (Silkworm, 7 strips), Quanxie (Scorpion, 7 pieces), and Ling Cishi (Magnetite, 1.5 qian). For fire-type conditions, add Xihuang (Calculus Bovis or similar, 5 fen) and Da Lianzhu (Pearl, 5 fen).
Mix Jinmo (Hibiscus Powder), Shenmo (Ginseng Powder), and Jiangzhi San (Ginger and Angelica Powder) evenly. Apply as a dusting powder for miraculous effect.
Process Chuanwu (Aconitum Carmichaelii Root) and Caowu (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root, 6 liang each), Danxing (Fallopi Multiflori Rhizoma processed with bile, 6 liang), Dilong (Earthworm, 2.3 liang), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 3.3 liang), and Moyao (Myrrh, 3.3 liang). Mix with Danxin (likely a typo for Danxing) dissolved in wine to form pills. Each pill weighs 5 fen.
Mix Ming Dangshen (Codonopsis Radix, 2 qian), Yuzhu (Polygonatum Odorati Rhizoma, 2 qian), Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber, 2 qian), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, 2 qian), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex, 1.5 qian), Fuling (Poria, 2 qian), Sukewo (Poppy Shell, 2 qian), Qizi (Lycium Fruit, 2 qian), Yizhiren (Alpinia Oxyphylla Seed, 1.5 qian), Paojiang (Prepared Ginger, 2 qian), Zaoren (Zizyphi Semen, 1.5 qian), Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Rubrum, 1.5 qian), Chenxiang (Aquilaria Wood, 1 qian), Zhigancao (Prepared Licorice Root, 1.5 qian), Fupenzi (Rubus Fruit, 2 qian). Add Guixin (Cinnamon Bark, 5 fen). Form pills using decoction of ginger, jujube, and rock sugar.
