The Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian originates below the eyes in the infraorbital region, enters the teeth from beside the nose, returns to the Chengjiang point (CV24), passes through the posterior mandible and inside the cheek, ascends to the front of the ear, and follows the lower forehead along both sides of the neck. From the Quepen point (ST12), it descends past the middle of the breast, runs along the anterior aspect of the abdomen and thigh, reaches laterally to the patella, travels on the dorsum of the foot, and terminates at the lateral side of the second toe.

[Note] The Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian begins below the eyes and beside the nose, descends flanking the mouth corners around the cheeks, ascends to the front of the ear and reaches the frontal angle; descends along the lateral neck, flanking the laryngeal prominence, to the depression above the clavicle; descends through the center of the breast, 4 cun lateral to the midline; from the nipple, descends to beside the umbilicus, 3 cun lateral to the midline; from beside the umbilicus, descends to the inguinal crease, 2 cun lateral to the midline; obliquely outward from the groin, straight down to the anterolateral aspect of the knee, to the patella, turns upward and then downward again, reaching the tip of the second toe, stopping about the width of a leek leaf from the corner of the toenail.

The Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian originates at the big toe, ascends along the medial white flesh margin, behind the medial malleolar prominence (He Gu) and anterior to the medial malleolus, continues up through the tibia and knee interior, enters the abdomen along the anteromedial aspect of the thigh, and terminates obliquely at the ninth intercostal space near the costal margin.

[Note] The Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian begins at the medial end of the big toe, approximately the width of a leek leaf from the nail corner, passes by the medial white flesh margin behind the medial malleolar prominence, crosses anterior to the medial malleolus, ascends along the anteromedial aspect of the lower leg to the knee; enters the abdominal cavity from the anteromedial aspect of the thigh, ascends to 4.5 cun lateral to the midline above the breast, reaching approximately 6 cun lateral to the sternum midline, which is its distribution area; extends outward to the ninth intercostal space, ending at the tip of the costal margin.

The Hand-Shaoyin Heart Meridian is located between the tendons in the axilla, runs along the posteromedial aspect of the elbow and arm, from the posteromedial aspect reaches the ulnar styloid process (Rui Gu), and terminates at the medial nail corner of the little finger.
