夏月诸疮臭腐烂，蝇众生蛆治勿慢，蝉花散服可除之，蛆化为水蝇畏散。
【注】夏用诸疮溃烂腐臭，或孤单及懒
惰之人，失于洗浴，积脓污秽，苍蝇闻秽丛聚，以致生蛆，宜急服蝉花散，蛆尽化水而
出，蝇亦不敢近疮。婴儿痘烂生疽者，亦服前药，外用寒水石细末掺之，又治疮脓忽臭。
有冬月溃疮生蛆者，系阴湿之所化也。宜海参为末撒之，或皂矾飞过为末撒之，其蛆亦
化为水。
蝉花散
蛇蜕（火烧存性，研末，一两） 蝉蜕 青黛（各五钱） 细辛（二钱五分）
上为末，每服用三钱，黄酒调服，日用二服。
【方歌】蝉花散疗诸疮秽，夏月生蛆蝇近围，蛇蜕细辛蝉蜕黛，酒调蛆化蝇畏飞。
跌扑之证属寻常，复元活血汤最良，已破亡血八珍服，未破血瘀大成汤。
【注】此证有已破、未破之分，亡血、瘀血之别。如寻常跌扑，微伤皮肉，疼痛未破
者，以复元活血汤散瘀活血；若损伤筋骨，血流过多不止者，即为亡血，急用花蕊石散干
撒止血，内服八珍汤，加酒炙骨碎补、续断、红花；若从高跌坠，未曾损破皮肉者，必有
瘀血流注脏腑，人必昏沉不醒，二便秘结，当以大成汤通利二便，其人自醒。若便利不醒
者，灌独参汤救之。
大成汤
大黄（三钱） 朴硝 枳壳（麸炒，各二钱） 浓朴（姜炒） 当归 红花 木通
苏木 陈皮 甘草（生，各一钱）
水二盅，煎八分，不拘时服。服后二时不行，渣再煎，加蜜三匙冲服。
【方歌】大成活瘀便立通，硝黄枳壳浓归红，木通苏木陈皮草，煎服不行加蜜冲。
复元活血汤
当归尾（二钱） 柴胡（一钱五分） 穿山甲（炙，研） 红花 栝蒌仁（各七分） 甘草
（五分） 桃仁（十七个） 大黄（三钱）
水二盅，酒二盅，煎一盅。食远服，以利为度。
【方歌】复元活血跌扑证，恶血流瘀积滞疼，山甲柴红栝蒌草，桃仁归尾大黄行。

八珍汤 独参汤（俱见溃疡门）
In summer, when various sores become foul and rotting with maggots bred by flies, treatment must not be delayed. Taking Chan Hua San (Cicada Flower Powder) can eliminate the condition; the maggots will transform into water and discharge, and flies will fear and disperse.
[Note] In summer, various sores ulcerate, rot, and emit a foul odor. This often occurs in reclusive or lazy individuals who neglect bathing, leading to the accumulation of pus and filth. Flies are attracted by the stench, gather around, and lay eggs that hatch into maggots. One should immediately take Chan Hua San (Cicada Flower Powder); the maggots will entirely transform into water and discharge, and flies will dare not approach the sore. For infants whose chickenpox lesions ulcerate and develop carbuncles, the aforementioned medicine should also be taken. Externally, fine powder of Hanyuanshi (Calcitum, 寒水石) should be sprinkled on the wound. This method also treats cases where pus from sores suddenly becomes foul. Maggots appearing in ulcerated sores during winter are caused by transformation due to yin-dampness. It is appropriate to sprinkle powdered Haishen (Sea Cucumber, 海参) or Feizhi de Suanfan (Alum, 皂矾) over the wound; the maggots will also transform into water.
Chan Hua San (Cicada Flower Powder)
Shetui (Snake Skin, 蛇蜕) (burned until carbonized but retaining its nature, ground into powder, 1 liang), Chantui (Cicada Slough, 蝉蜕), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 青黛) (each 5 qian), Xixin (Asarum, 细辛) (2.5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with yellow wine. Administer twice daily.
[Fang Ge - Formula Song] Chan Hua San treats foul sores,
Maggots breed in summer, flies surround the core.
Snake skin, Asarum, Cicada slough, Indigo blue,
Mixed with wine, maggots dissolve, flies flee anew.
Traumatic injuries belong to common conditions; Fuyuan Huoxue Tang (Restoring Vitality Decoction for Trauma) is the most effective. For wounds that have already ruptured with blood loss, Bazen Tang (Eight Treasure Decoction) should be taken; for unruptured wounds with blood stasis, Dacheng Tang (Great Achievement Decoction) is indicated.
[Note] This condition is divided into ruptured and unruptured categories, and distinguished between blood loss and blood stasis. For ordinary traumatic injuries causing minor damage to skin and flesh, with pain but no rupture, Fuyuan Huoxue Tang (Restoring Vitality Decoction for Trauma) is used to dissipate stasis and invigorate blood. If tendons and bones are damaged, and bleeding is excessive and unceasing, this constitutes blood loss. Urgently apply Huaruishisan (Flower Porphyry Stone Powder) dry to stop bleeding, and internally administer Bazen Tang (Eight Treasure Decoction) added with Jiuzhi Gusuibu (Bone Breaker prepared with wine, 骨碎补), Xu Duan (Dipsacus Root, 续断), and Honghua (Safflower, 红花). If falling from a height without breaking the skin, blood stasis must flow into the zang-fu organs. The patient will likely fall into a coma with unconsciousness, and constipation of both stool and urine. Dacheng Tang (Great Achievement Decoction) should be used to promote bowel movements and urination, after which the patient will naturally regain consciousness. If bowel movements and urination are normal but consciousness is not regained, administer Dushen Tang (Single Ginseng Decoction) to rescue.
Dacheng Tang (Great Achievement Decoction)
Dahuang (Rhubarb Root, 大黄) (3 qian), Puxiao (Mirabilite, 朴硝), Zhike (Aurantium Fruit, 枳壳) (bran-fried, each 2 qian), Nongpo (Magnolia Bark, 浓朴) (ginger-fried), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis, 当归), Honghua (Safflower, 红花), Mutong (Akebia Stem, 木通), Sumu (Calamus Wood, 苏木), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel, 陈皮), Gancao (Licorice Root, 甘草) (raw, each 1 qian).
Add two zhong of water, decoct until eight fen remains. Take at any time. If there is no passage after two shi (hours), decoct the dregs again, add three spoons of honey, and mix for administration.

Fuyuan Huoxue Tang (Restoring Vitality Decoction for Trauma)
Dangguiwei (Tail of Angelica Sinensis, 当归尾) (2 qian), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root, 柴胡) (1.5 qian), Shanjia (Pangolin Scale, 穿山甲) (roasted, ground), Honghua (Safflower, 红花), Gualouren (Trichosanthes Seed, 栝蒌仁) (each 0.7 qian), Gancao (Licorice Root, 甘草) (0.5 qian), Taoren (Peach Kernel, 桃仁) (17 pieces), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root, 大黄) (3 qian).
Add two zhong of water and two zhong of wine, decoct until one zhong remains. Take long after meals. Stop when bowel movement is achieved.
