[Figure 1: Diseases of Women]
Ru Yan (Breast Cancer): The interior of the breast is hollow, shaped like a rock; the edges of the ulcer are swollen, resembling a blooming lotus. This is a true sign of death (very poor prognosis).
[Figure 2: Diseases of Women]
(Referring to general carbuncles and sores) Manifested as redness, swelling, heat, and pain.
[Figure 3: Diseases of Women]
(Referring to general sores) Manifested as hardness and putrefaction.
[Figure 4: Infant Diseases]
Chi You Dan (Erysipelas): Red patches on the skin that wander like clouds.
Verse One
Carbuncles and sores occurring on the left and right sides of the back are termed Ju and Yong. The situation in the arms and shoulders is similar.
Fei Ju (Lung Carbuncle) is located on the right side, while Fei Yong (Lung Sore) is on the left side. Feng Yong (Honeycomb Sore) occurs on both sides near the throat.
Rui Du (Sharp Toxin) occurs on the right side behind the ear, while Yao Ju (Early Death Sore) occurs on the left side behind the ear.
Sores occurring on both shoulders are named Da Shou (Shoulder-Hanging Sore). Jing Ju (Well Sore) originates at the heart pit (Xin Jian).
Verse Two
Liu Zhu (Flowing Abscess), a type of multiple deep-seated abscess, often spreads and forms six or seven lesions; some arise below the heart, others stop level with the umbilicus.
Xie Ju (Flank Sore) arises in the lower flank area. Yin Ju (Yin Sore) generally occurs near the Jimen acupoint.
Chuan Huai Ju (Ankle-Penetrating Sore) occurs below the ankle bone. Xiang Gang Jiao (Hong Kong Foot, referring to podagra or tinea pedis) originally arises from the sole of the foot.
Bian Du (Genital Swelling) occurs on the left side, while Yu Kou (Fish Mouth) occurs on the right side. He Xi Feng (Crane Knee Wind, referring to knee joint deformity) forms from the Xiyangquan acupoint.
Verse Three
Yong (Sore) below the shoulder and Ju (Abscess) in the axilla; Qi Yong (Qi Sore) above and below the throat requires treatment.
Dui Ju (Opposite Sore) on the Ren Mai (Conception Vessel) should be remembered; it is three cun away from the midline, penetrating deeply into the bone base.
Hong Si Ding (Red Thread Ding) originates from the hand. E Zi Hou (Butterfly Throat, referring to tonsillitis or severe sore throat) appears inside the mouth.
Shen Ju (Kidney Sore) arises on the left and right sides of the kidneys. Fu Yin Ju (Attached Yin Sore) erupts at the Zusanli acupoint.
Verse Four
He Xia Yong (Fright Sore) is four cun away from the umbilicus; You Yong (Dark Sore) is three cun higher again.
Chang Yong (Intestinal Sore) protrudes from the umbilicus. Xiong Ju (Chest Sore) is located above the breasts in the Heart and Lung region.
Hu Kou Ding (Tiger's Mouth Ding) is the name for Ding sores at the Hegu acupoint. She Tou Ding (Snake Head Ding) and Yu Du Ding (Fish Belly Ding) are found on the fingertips.
Yu Zhen Ju (Jade Pillow Sore) is the name for sores at the back of the head; do not treat them as ordinary sores.
Verse Five
Jian Ju (Shoulder Sore) and Le Ju (Joy Sore) occur on the right hand side. Shi Liu Ju (Pomegranate Sore) is three fen above the elbow.
Xuan Yin Ju (Mysterious Yin Sore) erupts on the left side, while Dang Ju (Groin Sore) erupts on the right side. Yao Gu Ju (Bone-Biting Sore) arises above the Yinbao acupoint.
Yuan Ju (Abyss Sore) is located on the thigh above the kidneys, attached to the bone. Fo Ding Ju (Buddha Crown Sore) arises at the Baihui acupoint on the top of the head.
Toxic sores in the world must be kept in mind; if patients dare to accept treatment, they will survive safely.
Verse Six
Ding sores on the zygomatic bone and Ju sores above the lips; eruptions at the temples are also Ju.
Feng Mei (Phoenix Eyebrow) Ju in the middle of the eyebrows must be prevented from invading the brain. Hei Ding (Black Ding) in the ear is not rare.
Ding sores growing inside the nose must be treated promptly; Tou Nao Ju (Brain-Penetrating Sore) originates from the hairline base.
Biao Ju (Blistering Sore) at the end of the eyebrow has high toxicity. Jia Ding (Cheek Ding) resembles a fish eye near the cheek.
Verse Seven
Ma Dao Ju (Horse Knife Sore), Luo Li (Scrofula), and Qi Ying Chuang (Qi Goiter Sores) all originate in the neck and nape region.
Hu Du Ju (Tiger Toxin Sore) and Long Quan Ju (Dragon Spring Sore) occur above and below the lips. Dui Kou Ju (Mouth-Opening Sore) originates from the lower sacrum/lumbar region.
Yong sores at the gum roots and upper lip are not unusual; Ju sores arising below the teeth belong to one category.
Protrusions in the tooth gaps are Ding sores and should be treated as such; do not dismiss them as trivial worldly sores.
Verse Eight
Yong and Ju of the Heart, Liver, Spleen, Lungs, and Kidneys should be viewed and treated according to chest acupoints.
Additionally, Huang Tou Ju (Yellow Head Sore) and Bai Pao Chuang (White Blister Sore) arise without fixed locations and spread rapidly.
Zuo Ma (Sitting Horse) occurs on the left, Xia Ma (Descending Horse) on the right; Gu Kou Yi (Stork Beak Doubt) is suspected at the tip of the coccyx.
This disease can cause death; urgent medical intervention is required, do not delay.
Verse Nine
Women's breasts have several types of diseases: high swelling indicates Yong (Sore), hardness indicates Ju (Abscess).
Ru Yan (Breast Cancer) is truly a malignant disease; the mass is hard like stone, and upon rupture, it resembles ruins.
Niu Kou Feng (Button Wind) arises in the neck region. Qin Dai Feng Chuang (Skirt Belt Wind Sore) grows on the feet.
There are also Shi Chuang (Damp Sores) and other diseases, which generally reside on the legs.
Verse Ten
Infants suffering from Zou Ma Ya Gan (Running Horse Dental Caries/Gangrene) exhibit black and rotting gums spreading outward with an unbearable odor.
Chi You Dan Du (Red Wandering Toxin) covers the whole body; E Kou Chuang (Goat Mouth Thrush) presents with white coating covering the mouth.
Feng Chuang (Wind Sores) and Nai Xuan (Milk Eczema) often involve itching; Xue Guan Nong Ke (Blood-Filled Pus Nest) causes pain and discomfort.
Heart and Spleen heat syndromes are treated similarly to Kou Gan (Oral Ulcers) and Chong She (Double Tongue).
