为末。搽瘀肉上。其肉自化。若疮口小。或痔疮。用糊和作条子。阴干 之。凡疮久不
合者。内有脓管。须用此药腐之。兼服托里之剂。
治瘰 已溃。瘀肉不去。疮口不合。
松香末（一两） 白矾（三钱）
为末。香油调搽。干搽亦可。
治瘰 肿痛。或胁痛以有积块。及下疳便痈。小便涩。大便秘。或瘀血凝滞。小腹作痛
当归（酒浸） 栀子仁（炒） 黄连 青皮 龙胆草（酒拌炒） 黄芩（各一钱） 大黄（酒拌
炒） 芦荟 青黛 柴胡（各五钱） 木香（二钱半） 麝香（五分另研）
为末。神曲糊丸。每服二三十丸。姜汤下。
治七情郁结。胸膈不利。或胁肋虚张。噎塞不通。或噫气吞酸。呕哕恶心。或头目昏眩
。四肢倦怠。面色痿黄。口苦舌干。饮食减小。日渐羸瘦。或大肠虚秘。或病后虚痞。
木通 赤芍 官桂 半夏（姜制） 赤茯苓 桑白皮（炒） 大腹皮 陈皮（去白） 青皮（
去白） 甘草（炙） 羌活（各五分） 紫苏（二钱）
水二钟。姜三片。枣二枚。灯心十茎。煎八分。食远服。
Treats all kinds of stubborn sores where necrotic flesh is not completely removed. As well as nodules that do not resolve and sore openings that fail to close. It is appropriate to use this medicine for cauterization/corrosion.
Chishizhi (Red Halloysite, 5 qian), Baidingxiang (Stole's Feces, 2 qian each), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 2 qian each), Huangdan (Lead Monoxide, 1 qian), Shengpi (Arsenic Trioxide, 1 qian), Qingfen (Calomel, 5 fen each), Muxiang (Musk, 5 fen each), Wugong (Centipede, one piece, dried by roasting).
Grind into fine powder. Apply onto the necrotic flesh. The flesh will naturally decompose and fall off. If the sore opening is small, or for hemorrhoids, mix with paste to form strips. Dry in the shade before use. For any sore that fails to heal for a long time, there are internal sinus tracts; it is necessary to use this medicine for corrosion. Concurrently administer formulas to support the interior and expel pus.
Treats Luoli (Scrofula) that has already ulcerated, with necrotic flesh remaining and the sore opening failing to close.
Songxiang mo (Pine Rosin Powder, 1 liang), BaiFan (Alum, 3 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with sesame oil for application. Dry application is also acceptable.
Treats Luoli (Scrofula) with swelling and pain, or hypochondriac pain accompanied by accumulations/masses. Also treats Xiagan (Chancre) and Bianyong (Bubo/Groin Abscess), astringent urination, constipation, blood stasis stagnation, and lower abdominal pain.
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis, wine-soaked), Zhizi ren (Gardenia Seed, stir-fried), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Qingpi (Green Tangerine Peel), Longdancao (Gentiana Root, stir-fried with wine), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root, 1 qian each), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root, stir-fried with wine), Lvhui (Aloe), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root, 5 qian each), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, 2.5 qian), Muxiang (Musk, 5 fen, separately ground).
Grind into fine powder. Make pills using Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) paste. Take 20-30 pills per dose, washed down with ginger decoction.
Treats emotional stagnation (Seven Emotions constraint), discomfort in the chest and diaphragm. Or false distension in the hypochondrium, dysphagia/blockage. Or belching with acid regurgitation, vomiting, hiccups, and nausea. Or dizziness of head and eyes, fatigue of four limbs, sallow complexion, bitter taste in mouth and dry tongue, reduced food intake, gradual emaciation. Or deficiency-type constipation of the large intestine, or post-illness deficiency bloating.
Mutong (Akebia Stem), Chishao (Red Peony Root), Guangui (Cinnamon Twig), Banxia (Pinellia Tuber, processed with ginger), Chifuling (Poria with Red Coir), Sangbaipi (Mulberry Bark, stir-fried), Dafupi (Areca Peel), Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel, white pith removed), Qingpi (Green Tangerine Peel, white pith removed), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome, 5 fen each), Zisu (Perilla Leaf, 2 qian).
Add two zhong of water, three slices of ginger, two dates, and ten stems of Dengxincao (Juncus Effusus Pith). Decoct until eight fen remains. Take after meals.
