其证背膊疼痛作闷，目暗漠漠。用黑锡煎汤饮之，或冷服猪血，或乌梅肉一两焙，沙糖
五钱，浆一大盏煎七分呷之。
汉防己煎汤饮之。有用雄黄搽疮或熏阴疮而疮受其毒者，防己煎汤洗数次即愈。
生姜自然汁和热酒饮之。
苍耳子不可同粳米饭食，食则猝发心痛，急烧仓米灰，和蜜浆服。如迟即死。
面糊一钵，急服愈。

黑豆一碗，甘草五钱共煎浓汁服下，登时即解。又冬青树叶冷水捣汁，服下即解。生羊
血亦解。
葛粉二两，水二盏调服。口噤者灌之，或绿豆粉三合，水调灌。如已死，但心口温者，
可急灌之。
盐水饮之可解。
平胃散加酒炒黄连五分，黑豆三十粒，两服可解。或以猪脂和豆汁饮之。
醋少许饮之。
药中有轻粉，中其毒，骨痛筋挛。用出山铅五斤打壶一把，盛烧酒十五斤，纳土茯苓半
斤、
验。服至筋骨不疼乃止。服轻粉口破者，以三年陈酱化水频频漱之。
Consume a thick decoction of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草), or consume sugar mixed with rice vinegar; both methods can detoxify.
Symptoms include pain and oppression in the back and lateral chest, along with blurred vision. Drink a decoction of Heixi (Black Tin), or consume cold pig blood. Alternatively, roast one tael of Semen Pruni Mume (Wumei, 乌梅) flesh, mix with five qian of rock sugar and one large cup of Jiangshui (fermented grain liquid), simmer until three-tenths remain, and sip slowly.
Grind fresh Semen Phaseoli Sojae Viridis (Lvdou, 绿豆) into powder, mix with water, and drink one to two bowls.
Drink a decoction of Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae (Hanfangji, 汉防己). For cases where sores are poisoned by applying Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) to ulcers or fumigating yin sores, washing the area several times with a decoction of Hanfangji will lead to recovery.
Symptoms include thirst and continuous diarrhea; consuming pork meat will cure it.
Decoct leaves of Sorghum bicolor var. saccharatum (Lusu, 芦粟), add one bowl of juice from inverted watermelon, and consume.
Powderize Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄), mix with water to take one qian, or drink boiled scallion juice; both methods can detoxify.
Drink ginger juice mixed with hot wine.
Cocklebur fruit (Cang'erzi, 苍耳子) should not be eaten with japonica rice; if consumed together, sudden heart pain will erupt. Quickly burn ashes of stored rice, mix with honey water, and ingest. Delaying treatment will result in death.
Quickly consume one bowl of flour paste to recover.

Simmer one bowl of black soybeans with five qian of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) to make a thick decoction and ingest; detoxification occurs immediately. Additionally, crush wintergreen leaves in cold water to extract juice and ingest; this also detoxifies. Fresh sheep blood is also effective for detoxification.
When symptoms manifest as inability to speak and collapsing as if dead, rapidly administer ginger juice via force-feeding; consciousness returns shortly.
Pound apricot kernels into a paste, mix with water, and ingest.
For those who choke on the qi of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuanjiao, 川椒) and feel near death, drinking newly drawn cool water provides relief. Earthy well water (Dijiangshui, 地浆水) is even better.
Mix two liang of Flos Solani Tuberosi (Gefen, 葛粉) with two cups of water and ingest. For patients with trismus (lockjaw), administer forcibly; alternatively, use three he of Semen Phaseoli Sojae Viridis (Lvdou, 绿豆) powder mixed with water for administration. If the patient appears dead but the heart region remains warm, emergency administration is still possible.
Black soybean juice, mung bean juice, indigo juice, Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), strong tea, and scallion juice can all detoxify.
Soak the tongue in Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) and rooster comb blood, then swallow.
Drinking salt water can detoxify.
Add five fen of alcohol-fried Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) and thirty black soybeans to Pingwei San (Pingwei Powder); two doses can resolve the toxicity. Alternatively, consume pig fat mixed with soybean juice.
Ingest a small amount of vinegar.
If poisoned by Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉) contained in medicine, symptoms include bone pain and tendon spasms. Use five jin of native lead mined from mountains to forge a pot, fill with fifteen jin of distilled liquor, add half a jin of Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma (Tufuling, 土茯苓). This has been verified as effective. Continue taking until bone and tendon pain ceases. For those whose mouths ulcerate due to Qingfen ingestion, frequently rinse the mouth with water dissolved from three-year-old aged soy sauce.
