[Prescription for Acute Convulsive Wind and All Types of Wind Diseases on the 3rd, 6th, and 9th Days:]
*Arisaema cum Bile* (Nan Xing), *Realgar* (Xiong Huang), *Cinnabar* (Zhu Sha), *Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (Ren Shen), *Poria* (Fu Ling), *Fructus Trichosanthes* (Tian Zhu Huang), *Uncaria Rhynchophylla* (Gou Teng), *Calculus Bovis* (Niu Huang), *Moschus* (She Xiang), *Curcuma Aromatica* (Yu Jin), *Bupleuri Radix* (Chai Hu), *Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride* (Qing Pi), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gan Cao).
This condition arises from Spleen Heat causing heat in the palms, which subsequently leads to drooling. If the Heart Fire is not pacified, the Spleen Fire will become more vigorous, causing damp-heat to steam upward, resulting in incessant salivation. *Aloe* (1 qian) *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huang Lian) *Menthae Haplocalycis Herba* (Bo He) *Poria* (Fu Ling) *Morus Alba Cortex* (Sang Bai Pi) *Pinelliae Tuber* (Ban Xia) *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gan Cao): This is a sacred medicine for clearing both the Heart and Spleen. It guides the heat downward, thereby eliminating infantile malnutrition (Gan syndrome).
White sediment from women's urine buckets (calcined and ground into fine powder, 1 qian), *Viriditas Cupri* (Tong Lü), *Moschus* (She Xiang, 1 fen), are thoroughly ground into a fine powder and applied to the gums for optimal effect.
Divine Prescription for Infantile Oral Ulcers with Saliva Flow and Oral Rot:
*Phellodendri Cortex* (Huang Bo, 2 qian) *Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (Ren Shen, 1 qian) are ground into fine powder and applied inside the mouth three times a day; healing occurs within three days. This prescription uses *Phellodendri Cortex* to clear fire and *Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* to strengthen the Earth (Spleen); it is also highly effective when used by adults.
*Concha Heterodon* (Shi Jue Ming, processed with vinegar, 1 liang) *Aloe* (5 qian) *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gan Cao, 3 qian) *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuan Xiong, 5 qian) *Tribuli Fructus* (Bai Ji Li, 5 qian) *Chrysanthemi Flos* (Ju Hua, 4 qian) *Polyporus* (Zhu Ling, tendons removed and pounded): Ground into fine powder. (Note: The original text structure here is chaotic, possibly missing content or having layout errors; only visible parts are translated.)
Although this condition involves weak Stomach Qi, it is also due to deficient Spleen Qi. Children who eat excessively without being able to digest the food may eventually vomit as the undigested food rushes upward to the stomach opening. Use the Rapid Anti-Vomiting Prescription:
*Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* (Ren Shen, 1 qian) *Amomi Fructus* (Sha Ren, 1 grain) *Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma* (Bai Zhu, 5 fen) *Poria* (Fu Ling, 2 qian) *Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium* (Chen Pi, 2 fen) *Pinelliae Tuber* (Ban Xia, 1 fen) *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (Gan Jiang, dosage missing in source). Add *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huang Lian) in summer and *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (Gan Jiang) in winter, each 3 fen; there is no case that does not heal. This is a modified formula of *Li Jun Zi Tang* (Six Gentlemen Decoction).
For children whose bodies feel as hot as fire, with thirst and dry tongue, who prefer cold drinks and dislike hot soups, use the Fire-Draining and Diarrhea-Stopping Decoction:
*Plantaginis Semen* (Che Qian Zi, 2 qian) *Poria* (Fu Ling, 1 qian) *Paeoniae Radix Alba* (Bai Shao, 1 qian) *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huang Lian, 3 fen) *Alismatis Rhizoma* (Ze Xie, 5 fen) *Polyporus* (Zhu Ling, 3 fen) *Hordei Fructus Germinatus* (Mai Ya, [text cuts off])
