* *Sheng Dihuang* (Fresh Rehmanniae Radix): Select thick and robust roots, chop them, pound five dan five dou in a clean wooden mortar, and squeeze out five dou of juice using raw cloth.
* *Damaizi* (Cannabis Fructus): One dou, lightly stir-fried until broken down and pounded.

Chop all the above herbs. Boil in three shuo of water to extract one shuo of decoction. Soak ten jin of yeast starter in this decoction. Steam one shuo of rice. Brew wine according to standard methods. Once fermented, drink as desired.
