Lingbao Dan Formula: Human life is endowed by the Five Elements, yet all are damaged by the Five Flavors (sour, bitter, sweet, pungent, salty). From infancy to old age, no one escapes life damage caused by Wind pathogen. Some suffer from Heat rushing in, some from drinking sweet substances, some experience pain, some muscle atrophy, some Qi disorder. Generations of medication, Yin toxicity accumulates internally, manifesting in the year, and recurring after three to five years with diarrhea. Taking no more than thirty pills restores health as before. For injuries from falls or blows lasting many years, causing pain on cloudy days and immobility, this highly effective formula should be taken only five to seven times. Those who take more of this medicine will find its effects persist even after the disease is gone. This medicine is miraculous, beyond human wisdom to measure.
