Accumulation and aggregation disorders in women: Accumulations (Ji) arise from the dysfunction of the Five Zang organs, while aggregations (Ju) result from the stagnation of Qi in the Six Fu organs. When Qi of the Zang organs condenses, it is termed "Accumulation"; when Qi of the Fu organs gathers intermittently, it is termed "Aggregation." The pain characteristic of Accumulation remains fixed in its location, whereas the pain of Aggregation has no constant site. Both conditions are caused by disharmony of Yin and Yang, where Wind-Cold pathogens invade the Zang-Fu organs, leading to these disorders.
