上件药。捣罗为末。炼蜜和捣五七百杵。丸如梧桐子大。每日空心及晚食前。以温粥饮
下三十丸。
治痔。肛边生鼠乳。及成疮。痛楚至甚。穿山甲散方。
穿山甲（二两炙令焦黄） 麝香（一分细研）
上件药。捣细罗为散。入麝香。同研令匀。每于食前。煎黄 汤调下二钱。
治痔。肛边生鼠乳。气壅疼痛。宜服鳖甲散方。
鳖甲（三两涂醋炙令黄去裙 ） 槟榔（二两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每于食前。以粥饮调下二钱。
治痔疾。鼠乳生肛边。烦热疼痛。槐子丸方。
槐子仁（一两微炒） 黄芩（一两）
上件药。捣罗为末。以水浸蒸饼和丸。如梧桐子大。每服。于食前煎桑耳汤下二十丸。
治痔疾。下部痒痛。肛边生肉。结如鼠乳。肿硬疼痛。宜用槐白皮膏涂方。

上件药。细锉。以猪膏一斤半。以慢火煎。候白芷黄赤色。绵滤去滓。取膏涂摩痔上。
治大肠久积风毒。痔下血不止。肛边生鼠乳。疼痛。久不瘥。宜用熏方。

上件药。捣罗为末。以水煎白胶香和丸。如弹子大。于瓶内如装香法。烧一丸熏下部瘥
治痔疾有头。生于肛边。如鼠乳。及生疮。痛痒不止。宜用此方。

上件药。以猪脂五合。煎二三十沸绵滤去滓。放冷。以涂痔上。
治痔下部痒痛。肛边生鼠乳。肿起。欲突出。宜用此熨方。
黑豆（三升以水七升煮取四升） 槐白皮（二升锉） 甘草（三两锉）
上件药。入大豆汁内。煮至一升。旋渍故帛。以熨患处。冷即换之。
治痔疾。肛边生鼠乳。痒痛不可忍。宜用此虎骨膏方。
虎头骨（一两炙令黄） 犀角屑（一两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。以猪脂和如膏。涂痔上。日三五度用之。
又方。
大鲤鱼肠（三条）
上炙令香。以绵裹一条。更互熨下部中。一炊久。虫当自出。
又方。
猪牙皂荚（一两去黑皮炙微黄）
上捣罗为末。以猪脂和丸。如枣核大。上以赤绵裹一丸。纳入谷道中。当下积滞恶血。
有头者自消。
又方。
上用蜘蛛丝。缠系痔鼠乳头。不觉自落。
The formation of "mouse-like" protrusions at the anal margin in hemorrhoids is caused by wind deficiency in the internal organs, accumulation of heat within that cannot be vented, which then spreads to the large intestine and condenses to form these lesions.
Prescription for Zaojiao Wan (Gleditsia Sinensis Pill) to treat hemorrhoids with mouse-like protrusions at the anal margin, accompanied by severe abdominal pain and inability to sit or lie comfortably:
Gleditsiae Fructus (Zaojiao) (10 pods, not fat but one chi long, soaked in decoction, skin removed, coated with su [animal fat], roasted until yellow and scorched, seeds removed); Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (30g, sliced); Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus) (30g, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow); Huaimi (Sophorae Flavescentis Semen) (30g, stir-fried until scorched yellow); Wushaoshe (Zaocys) (60g, soaked in wine, scales removed, sliced, stir-fried lightly).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into powder. Mix with refined honey and pound 500-700 times. Form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 30 pills with warm porridge water on an empty stomach in the morning and before evening meals.
Prescription for Chuanshanjia San (Pangolin Scale Powder) to treat hemorrhoids with mouse-like protrusions at the anal margin that have ulcerated, causing extreme pain:
Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia) (60g, roasted until yellow and scorched); Moschus (Shexiang) (3g, finely ground).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Add Moschus and mix evenly. Before meals, take 6g (2 qian) mixed with a decoction of Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin).
Prescription for Biejia San (Tartaric Turtle Shell Powder) for hemorrhoids with mouse-like protrusions at the anal margin, characterized by qi stagnation and pain:
Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Biejia) (90g, coated with vinegar, roasted until yellow, fringed edges removed); Arecae Semen (Binglang) (60g).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Before meals, take 6g (2 qian) mixed with porridge water.
Prescription for Huaimi Wan (Sophora Seed Pill) to treat hemorrhoids with mouse-like protrusions at the anal margin, accompanied by irritability, heat, and pain:
Sophorae Flavescentis Semen (Huaimi Ren) (30g, lightly stir-fried); Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin) (30g).
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Mix with steamed dough soaked in water to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 20 pills before meals with a decoction of Auricularia Auricula-Judae (Sanger).
Prescription for Huaibai Pi Gao (Bark of Sophora Albescens Ointment) to apply topically for hemorrhoids with itching and pain in the lower region, flesh growth at the anal margin resembling mouse-like protrusions, swelling, hardness, and pain:
Sophorae Albescis Cortex (Huaibai Pi) (150g, sliced); Phaseoli Vulgaris Semen Rubrum (Chixiaodou) (150g, crushed); Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) (60g); Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (60g); Momordicae Semen (Mubiezi Ren) (60g); Sophorae Flavescentis Semen (Huaimi) (90g, crushed); Meliae Semen (Lianzi) (90g); Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (90g).
Finely slice the above ingredients. Simmer in 750g of lard over low heat until Baizhi turns yellow-red. Strain through silk cloth to remove dregs. Apply the resulting ointment to massage the hemorrhoids.
Fumigation Prescription for chronic accumulation of wind-toxin in the large intestine, continuous bleeding from hemorrhoids, mouse-like protrusions at the anal margin, pain, and non-healing over a long period:
Polyporus on Zelkova Tree (Jushu Shang Junzi) (30g); Head of Anguilla Japonica (Manli Yu Tou) (1 piece); Horn of Bos Taurus (Huangniu Jiao Xie) (30g); Coriandri Fructus (Huxizi) (30ml); Bufo bufo gargarizans (Xama) (1 piece).
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Boil in water with Elemi Resina (Baijiaoxiang) to form pills the size of a bullet. Place in a bottle as if incense were being prepared. Burn one pill to fumigate the affected area until healed.
Prescription for hemorrhoids with heads growing at the anal margin like mouse-like protrusions, along with ulceration, unceasing pain and itching:
Putscacao Herb (Pushicao) (9g); Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (9g, whiskers removed); Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (9g, sliced); Calomel (Nifen) (3g); Alumen (Baifan) (15g, burned to ash); Earthworm (Dilong) (9g, lightly stir-fried); Moschus (Shexiang) (3g, finely ground).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix in Calomel and Moschus evenly. First wash the hemorrhoids with salt water solution, then apply the powder. Use 3-4 times daily, adding a small amount of Calomel each time.
Prescription for Lili Gao (Veratrum Ointment) to apply topically for hemorrhoids with mouse-like protrusions at the anal margin:
Veratri Radix (Lili) (15g, remove rhizome head); Rheum Palmatum (Chuan Dahuang) (15g, sliced); Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (15g, remove whiskers, stir-fry lightly); Meliae Semen (Lianzi) (14 pieces, crushed); Persicam Semen (Taoren) (14 pieces, soaked in hot water, skin and tips removed, double-kernel); Crotonis Fructus (Badou) (3 pieces, skin and heart removed, ground).
Simmer the above ingredients in 150ml of lard for 20-30 boils. Strain through silk cloth to remove dregs. Let cool and apply to the hemorrhoids.
Hot Compress Prescription for hemorrhoids with itching and pain in the lower region, mouse-like protrusions at the anal margin, swelling, and tendency to prolapse:
Sojae Semen Nigrum (Heidou) (900g boiled in 1750ml water to yield 750ml); Sophorae Albescis Cortex (Huaibai Pi) (600g, sliced); Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (90g, sliced).
Boil the above ingredients in the soybean juice until reduced to 250ml. Dip old cloth in the liquid and apply as a hot compress to the affected area. Replace when it cools.
Prescription for Hubo Gao (Tiger Bone Ointment) to apply topically for hemorrhoids with mouse-like protrusions at the anal margin, unbearable itching and pain:
Os Tigridis (Hubangu) (30g, roasted until yellow); Rhinocerotis Cornu (Xijiao Xie) (30g).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with lard to form an ointment. Apply to the hemorrhoids 3-5 times daily.
Another prescription:
Intestine of Cyprinus Carpio (Day Liyu Chang) (3 strips).
Roast until fragrant. Wrap one strip in silk cloth and alternately apply hot compresses to the lower region. After the time it takes to cook a meal, parasites will emerge spontaneously.
Another prescription:
Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zhuya Zaojiao) (30g, remove black skin, roast until slightly yellow).
Grind into powder. Mix with lard to form pills the size of a jujube pit. Wrap one pill in red silk cloth and insert into the anus. This will expel accumulated stagnant blood; those with heads will resolve spontaneously.
Another prescription:
Use spider silk to tie the neck of the mouse-like protrusion on the hemorrhoid. It will fall off unnoticed.
