治肠滑。下肠垢。陟厘丸方。

上件药。捣罗为末。入瓶子内烧。一复时取出。研令细。以面糊和丸如梧桐子大。每服
空心。以粥饮下二十丸。晚食前再服之。
治久痢。肠滑不止。下肠垢。羸困。莨菪丸方。

上件药。捣罗为末。以醋煮面糊和丸。如梧桐子大。每服。以粥饮下三十丸。日三服。
治久患冷痢。及休息气痢。脾胃冷极。大肠滑泄。下肠垢不绝。麝香丸方。
麝香（半两细研） 鹿茸（二两去毛涂酥炙令微黄）
上件药。捣罗为末。煮枣瓤和丸。如梧桐子大。每服。不计时候。以粥饮下三十丸。
治水谷痢。积久不瘥。下肠垢。赤石脂丸方。
赤石脂（一两） 桂心（一两） 白矾（二两烧令汁尽） 干姜（一两炮裂锉） 附子

上件药。捣罗为末。炼蜜和捣百余杵。丸如梧桐子大。每服。不计时候。以粥饮下三十
丸。
治痢下积久不瘥。肠垢已出方。
乌梅肉（二十枚）
上件药。以水一大盏。煎至六分。去滓。食前分为二服。
又方。
上取酸石榴一枚。和皮捣绞取汁。随多少暖服之。
The condition of dysentery with intestinal slippage and discharge of intestinal mucus is caused by the turbid and greasy nature of the fluids in the intestines. The accumulation of cold and heat pathogens within the intestines leads to weakness and slippage, resulting in the discharge of intestinal mucus during dysentery.
Prescription for Zhi Li Wan (Zhilin Pill) to treat intestinal slippage and discharge of intestinal mucus:
Zhi Li (3 liang), Wu Fan (3 liang), Lv Fan (2-3 liang), Bai Fan (1.5 liang), Huang Dan (1.5 liang), Duan Shi (3 liang), Chishi Zhi (1.5 liang), Baishi Zhi (1.5 liang), Ding Fen (1.5 liang).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Place them in a bottle and calcine for one shi (approx. 2 hours). Remove and grind finely. Mix with wheat paste to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 20 pills on an empty stomach with rice gruel, and repeat before the evening meal.
Prescription for Lang Dang Wan (Datura Pill) to treat chronic dysentery, continuous intestinal slippage, discharge of intestinal mucus, emaciation, and fatigue:
Lang Dang Zi (2 liang, washed with water to remove floating ones, boiled until sprouting, dried, and stir-fried until blackish-yellow), Gan Jiang (2 liang, processed and crushed), Bai Fan (2 liang, calcined until juices are exhausted).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Mix with vinegar-boiled wheat paste to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 30 pills with rice gruel, three times daily.
Prescription for She Xiang Wan (Musk Pill) to treat long-standing cold dysentery, intermittent qi dysentery, extreme coldness of the spleen and stomach, large intestine slippage, and continuous discharge of intestinal mucus:
She Xiang (0.5 liang, finely ground), Lu Rong (2 liang, hair removed, coated with su (animal fat) and roasted until slightly yellow).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Mix with cooked jujube pulp to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 30 pills with rice gruel at any time.
Prescription for Chishi Zhi Wan (Halloysitum Rubrum Pill) to treat hydroenteric dysentery (dysentery with undigested food), chronic non-healing cases, and discharge of intestinal mucus:
Chishi Zhi (1 liang), Gui Xin (1 liang), Bai Fan (2 liang, calcined until juices are exhausted), Gan Jiang (1 liang, processed and crushed), Fu Zi (1 liang, processed, skin and umbilicus removed).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Mix with refined honey and pound over a hundred times to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 30 pills with rice gruel at any time.
Prescription for treating chronic dysentery that has not healed and where intestinal mucus has already been discharged:
Wu Mei Rou (20 pieces).
Boil the above herb in one da zhan (approx. 200ml) of water until reduced to six fen (approx. 120ml). Strain. Divide into two doses and take before meals.
Another prescription:
Take one sour pomegranate, crush it with the peel, and extract the juice. Warm and take an appropriate amount according to the condition.
