The above medicines are pounded into a fine powder through a silk sieve. First, take the Lu Jiao Jiao (Colla Cornus Cervi) and Peng Sha (Borax), boil them in 3 sheng of water until the gelatin is dissolved, and use this liquid to mix with 5 sheng of wheat flour. Form thin cakes.

The above medicines: First, decoct 3 large cups of fermented rice water (Jiang Shui). Dissolve the gelatin into a clear liquid. Wash the Nuo Mi (Oryza Sativa Var.
