**Bugu Zhi Wan (Psoralea Fruit Pill)**
*Bugu Zhi* (Fructus Psoraleae, 2 liang, lightly stir-fried), *Yangqishi* (Lepidolite, 2 liang, boiled in wine for half a day, finely ground and processed by water flotation), *Bajitian* (Radix Morindae Officinalis), *Fuzi* (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, processed until cracked, peel and umbilicus removed), *Shihu* (Herba Dendrobii, sun-dried, separately pounded).
The above herbs are pounded, sifted into powder, mixed evenly with the already ground ingredients. Knead with refined honey and pound 300-500 times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take daily on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine.
Functions: Tonifies deficiencies, strengthens sinews and bones, warms the lower back and knees, expels cold qi.

**Bugu Zhi Wan (Psoralea Fruit Pill)**
*Bugu Zhi* (Fructus Psoraleae, 2 liang, lightly stir-fried), *Guixin* (Cortex Cinnamomi, 2 liang), *Suosha* (Fructus Amomi Rotundus, 1 liang, peel removed), *Fuzi* (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, 2 liang, processed until cracked, peel and umbilicus removed), *Muxiang* (Radix Aucklandiae, 2 liang).
The above herbs are pounded, sifted into powder. Mix with refined honey and *Anxi Xiang* (Styrax). Pound 200-300 times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take daily on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine.
Functions: Warms and tonifies Spleen and Kidney deficiency-cold, strengthens waist and legs, improves complexion.

**Bugu Zhi Wan (Psoralea Fruit Pill)**
*Bugu Zhi* (Fructus Psoraleae, 2 liang, lightly stir-fried), *Fuzi* (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, 1 liang, processed until cracked, peel and umbilicus removed), *Bajitian* (Radix Morindae Officinalis, 1 liang), *Guixin* (Cortex Cinnamomi, 1 liang), *Roucongrong* (Herba Cistanches, 2 liang, soaked in wine, pith removed), *Shihu* (Herba Dendrobii, 2 liang), *Roudoukou* (Semen Myristicae, 2 liang).

Functions: Wash down with salt water to treat deficiency-cold qi of the Lower Yuan. Warms the Middle, boosts strength, warms the Stomach and promotes appetite.

**Bugu Zhi Wan (Psoralea Fruit Pill)**
*Bugu Zhi* (Fructus Psoraleae, lightly stir-fried), *Muxiang* (Radix Aucklandiae), *Fuzi* (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, processed until cracked, peel and umbilicus removed), *Binglang* (Semen Arecae), *Roudoukou* (Semen Myristicae, shell removed), *Qingjupi* (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, soaked in hot water, white pith removed, dried), *Liuhuang* (Sulfur, finely ground and processed by water flotation).
The above herbs are pounded, sifted into powder. Mix evenly with Sulfur. Take five pairs of male goat kidneys, remove fascia, mince finely, mix with the aforementioned herb powders, and blend well.
Functions: Treats cold qi of the Spleen and Kidney, warms the Middle, promotes appetite.

**Bugu Zhi Wan (Psoralea Fruit Pill)**
*Bugu Zhi* (Fructus Psoraleae, 2 liang, lightly stir-fried), *Binglang* (Semen Arecae, 1 liang), *Liuhuang* (Sulfur, 2 liang, finely ground and processed by water flotation), *Fuzi* (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, 1 liang, processed until cracked, umbilicus removed), *Roudoukou* (Semen Myristicae, 2 liang, roasted with ginger juice until fragrant).
The above herbs are pounded, sifted into powder. Boil wheat flour paste in wine, knead with the powder and pound 300-500 times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take daily on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine or salt water.
Functions: Treats the Five Exhaustions and Seven Injuries in men, long-term deficiency and accumulated cold, pain in the lower back and hips, weakness when carrying loads, Spleen and Stomach disharmony, spontaneous diarrhea, weak Kidney Qi, nocturnal emission and night sweats, mental confusion throughout the day, persistent low mood, external invasion of Wind-Warmth, impotence and sexual decline. Long-term use strengthens Qi, lightens the body, brightens the eyes, and replenishes essence and marrow.

*Bugu Zhi* (Fructus Psoraleae, 5 liang, lightly stir-fried), *Xiongque'er Fen* (Excrement of Male Sparrow, 2 liang, those with pointed heads are preferred), *Shugan Dihuang* (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 3 liang), *Muxiang* (Radix Aucklandiae, 3 liang), *Anxi Xiang* (Styrax, 1 liang).
The above herbs are pounded, sifted into powder, mixed evenly with the ground ingredients. Knead with refined honey and Styrax, pound 300-500 times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take daily on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine.
Functions: Warms the Lower Yuan, tonifies sinews and bones. Long-term use makes one strong, healthy, and radiant.

**Bugu Zhi Wan (Psoralea Fruit Pill)**
*Bugu Zhi* (Fructus Psoraleae, 5 liang, lightly stir-fried and sifted into powder), *Hetao Ren* (Semen Juglandis, 2 liang, ground into a paste), *Mi* (Honey, 4 liang).
