[Preparation and Administration I (Ganying Wan)] The above herbs are pounded into a fine powder. Licorice root (Gancao) decoction paste is used separately as a binder to form pills. One liang of powder is divided into 250 pills. Take one pill per dose, hold it in the mouth to dissolve slowly on an empty stomach before meals.

[Preparation and Administration II (Wax Pills)] Roll the pills into sizes similar to mung beans. Take 3-5 pills per dose, adjusting according to deficiency or excess, swallowed with warm water. If taken without food, it helps resolve alcohol toxicity and prevents intoxication. Also treats pediatric Spleen-Stomach weakness with recurrent food stagnation, white feces without foul odor. Take five pills sized like millet grains, administered with Shengjiang Tang (Fresh Ginger Decoction), at any time. For the aforementioned conditions persisting for months where warm herbs and methods to induce vomiting or purging have failed, this formula applies.
[Formula Composition II] Baicaoshuang (Soot from Kitchen Cauldron, 2 liang), Xingren (Prunus Armeniaca Semen, 140 kernels, approx. 1 liang 5 qian), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, processed to remove skin, core, and oil/powder - *Note: Text implies processing*).
[Detailed Preparation] Except for the Badou powder, Baicaoshuang, and Xingren, the remaining four/herbs (referring to the previous mixture) are pounded into fine powder and mixed thoroughly with the first three ingredients, then ground finely. Mix with high-quality beeswax. First, melt 6 liang of beeswax into liquid, filter through double-layer thick silk to remove impurities. Boil the wax in silver or earthenware vessels with 1 sheng of good wine, boil several times, then pour out. Wait for the wine to cool; the wax will float naturally. Retrieve and weigh the wax.
For spring/summer preparation: Use 1 liang of refined sesame oil, heat in a dingzi (small tripod pot) until fragrant and cooked. Add 4 liang of wine-boiled wax, melt together into liquid, and mix with the herb powder while hot in the pot.
For autumn/winter preparation: Use 1.5 liang of refined sesame oil, heat together with the wax into liquid, mix with the herb-wax compound to form a dough. Shape into small bars, wrap in oiled paper, and take fresh. This is a secret formula from Lord Gao Dianqian.
