Daphne genkwa (Zhegen) (roasted until fragrant, 1 liang) Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root praeparatum (Fuzi) (processed, skin and navel removed, 3 liang) Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum (Ganjiang) (processed) Crotonis Fructus (Badou) (skin, core, and membrane removed, stir-fried) [Note: The original text lists four ingredients but states "above six flavors," implying missing text in the source.] The above six ingredients are ground into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey, and formed into pills the size of sophora seeds. Take one pill on an empty stomach with warm wine. In cases of sudden attack causing nausea, abdominal distension and pain, and inability to speak, take two pills for immediate relief.
[Shengqi Tang (Vitality-Generating Soup)] Treats all types of cold qi attacking the heart, abdomen, and hypochondriac regions in men and women, causing distension, fullness, stabbing pain, belching with acid regurgitation, phlegm reversal and vomiting, and loss of appetite in the chest and diaphragm. It also treats five types of ge (obstruction) and five types of ye (dysphagia), as well as all qi disorders. Regular consumption dispels evil cold and generates stomach qi.

Take 0.5 to 1 qian each time, mixed with boiling water, at any time.
