疮疡，时出黄水，腰脚沉重，足胫肿满，行步艰辛，服之内消，不动脏腑。

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use wine-boiled wheat paste to make pills, sized like sophora seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, on an empty stomach before meals, swallowed with salt water or wine.
[Zhuoyu Neixiao Wan (Cornus Internal-Resolving Pill)] Treats kidney meridian deficiency where the bladder is attacked by pathogenic qi, forming cold hernia with scrotal swelling, deflected fire attacking upward, causing abdominal pain, skin sores oozing yellow fluid, heaviness in the waist and legs, swelling and fullness of the calves, difficulty walking. Taking this pill resolves symptoms internally without damaging the zang-fu organs.

Grind the above ingredients into powder. Use wine-paste to make pills, sized like sophora seeds. Take thirty pills with warm wine before meals.

Grind the above ingredients into powder. Reserve only Toosendan Fruit (Chuanlianzi). Boil Chuanlianzi in one to two sheng of good wine with seven stalks of Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai), three to four cun long, until soft. Remove pits, take flesh, mix with other powders, pound and knead into pills sized like sophora seeds. Take five to seven up to ten pills with warm wine on an empty stomach; ginger decoction is also acceptable. If pain occurs periodically, take fifteen pills with hot wine fried with ginger.
