方与前苏合香丸方同，只去脑子。
方与木香流气饮方同。但无石菖蒲、藿香，有沉香、枳壳、大黄。（沉

上为细末，滴水为丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，用水一大盏，先煎令沸，下药煮五、
七沸，候药浮即熟，漉出放温，别用生姜汤下，不计时候服。
The formula is identical to the previous Shexiang Suhe Wan (Musk and Storax Pill), with the exception of removing Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian, 冰片).
The formula is identical to the Muxiang Liuqi Yin (Wood-Aromatic Qi-Regulating Decoction). However, it lacks Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲) and Agastachis Herba (Huoxiang, 藿香), but contains Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Chenxiang, 沉香), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhiqiao, 枳壳), and Rheae Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄). It has the effects of dredging the Sanjiao (Triple Burner, a concept describing the pathways for qi and fluid metabolism in the upper, middle, and lower body), widening the chest and benefiting the diaphragm, breaking down phlegm and driving out retained fluids, promoting qi movement and digesting food, and unblocking and moistening the large intestine.

The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Separately, take 4 liang of Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina, rub it in one bowl of fermented grain water, boil into a paste, add a small amount of cooked honey, and mix to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills each time, administered after meals with warm ginger soup.

Treats five types of retained fluid syndromes caused by alcohol consumption: First, Liuyin (Retained Fluid), where water stagnates below the heart; Second, Xuanyin (Hanging Fluid), where water stays under the hypochondrium; Third, Tanyin (Phlegm Fluid); Fourth, Yiyin (Overflowing Fluid), where water overflows between the five zang organs above the diaphragm; Fifth, Liuyin (Flowing Fluid), where water is in the intestines, making sounds when moved. These conditions are mostly caused by excessive alcohol consumption combined with exposure to cold. This medicine treats all of them.

Treats wind-phlegm causing vomiting and rebellious qi, headache and dizziness, chest and diaphragm irritability and fullness, inability to eat, as well as cough with abundant sputum and vomiting of salivary foam.

The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder, mixed with dripping water to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills each time, using one large cup of water. Boil first, add the medicine, and boil for five to seven cycles. When the pills float, they are cooked. Strain them out and let them cool. Administer separately with ginger soup, at any time.
