苍术 橘皮 半夏曲 浓朴（姜制） 藿香（各二钱） 甘草（炙，一钱）
上作一服，水二盅，生姜五片，红枣二个，煎至一盅，食前服。
治外感风邪，内伤生冷。
苍术 浓朴（姜制） 半夏（汤洗七次，各二钱） 人参 茯苓 草果 藿香（各一钱）
橘皮（一钱二分） 甘草（炙，半钱）
上作一服，水二盅，生姜七片，乌梅半个，煎一盅，不拘时服。
治中寒腹痛。
人参 白术 干姜（炮） 甘草（炙，各二两）
上为末，面糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服八十丸，米饮汤送下，食前服。一方加炮过附子
一两。
治感冒寒邪，头疼身痛，项背拘急，恶寒呕吐，肚腹疼痛，外感风寒，及寒湿客于经络，

治五脏中寒，口噤失言，四肢强直。兼治胃脘停痰，冷气刺痛。

上作一服，水二盅，煎至一盅，不拘时服。
[Formula Efficacy] Dispel cold pathogenic factors.
Cangzhu Rhizoma Atractylodis (2 qian), Jupi Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae (2 qian), Banxiaqu Fermented Pinelliae Bulbus (2 qian), Houpo Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis prepared with ginger juice (2 qian), Huoxiang Herba Agastaches (2 qian), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (1 qian).
Take all as one dose, add two cups of water, five slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, and two Hongzao Fructus Jujubae, decoct until one cup remains, take before meals.
[Indications] Exterior contraction of wind pathogenic factors, interior injury from raw and cold food.
Cangzhu Rhizoma Atractylodis (1 qian), Houpo Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis prepared with ginger juice (1 qian), Banxia Pinelliae Tuber washed seven times with boiling water (1 qian), Renshen Radix Ginseng (1 qian), Fuling Poria (1 qian), Caoguo Fructus Tsaoko (1 qian), Huoxiang Herba Agastaches (1 qian), Jupi Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae (1.2 qian), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (0.5 qian).
Take all as one dose, add two cups of water, seven slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, and half a Wumei Fructus Mume, decoct until one cup remains, take at any time.
[Indications] Abdominal pain caused by internal cold.
Renshen Radix Ginseng (2 liang), Baizhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (2 liang), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum (2 liang), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (2 liang).
Pulverize the above ingredients, form pills using wheat paste, size similar to Sophora seeds, take 80 pills per dose, swallow with Mi Yin Tang (rice water), take before meals. Another prescription adds 1 liang of Paofu Zisu Radix et Rhizoma Preparatum.
[Indications] Cold pathogenic factors contracted via exterior, headache and body ache, stiffness and tension in the neck and back, aversion to cold, vomiting, abdominal pain; also exterior contraction of wind-cold, and cold-dampness lodging in the collaterals.
Baizhi Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (7 fen), Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride (1 qian), Houpo Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis prepared with ginger juice (2 fen), Jiegeng Radix Platycodonis (9 fen), Zhike Fructus Aurantii (deprived of pith, processed) (8 fen), Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (processed) (8 fen), Mahuang Herba Ephedrae (1 qian), Rouguai Cortex Cinnamomi (6 fen), Shaoyao Radix Paeoniae Alba (8 fen), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum (8 fen), Banxia Pinelliae Tuber washed seven times with boiling water (7 fen).
Take all as one dose, add two cups of water, three slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, and three stems of Congbai Bulbus Allii Fistulosi, decoct until one cup remains, take at any time.
[Indications] Internal cold affecting the five zang organs, lockjaw and loss of speech, rigidity of the four limbs. Also treats phlegm retention in the epigastrium and stabbing pain from cold qi.
Renshen Radix Ginseng (2 qian), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum (2 qian), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (2 qian), Baizhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (2 qian).
Take all as one dose, add two cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, take at any time.
[Indications] Internal cold, cold extremities with rigidity, aphonia, lockjaw, and foaming at the mouth.
Fuzi Radix et Rhizoma Conarii Preparatum (3 qian), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum (5 qian).
Take all as one dose, add two cups of water, decoct until eight-tenths remain, take at any time.
