上为末，蒸枣肉为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三五丸，木香煎汤磨化，不拘时服。
治小儿食痫有痰。

上除枣杏仁及牛黄麝香雄黄龙脑四味，另为细末，入前药和匀，炼蜜与枣膏为丸，每两
作十丸，用金箔为衣，生服一丸，温白汤化，食后服，小儿惊痫，即酌度多少，以竹叶煎汤
，温温化服。
To treat infantile food-stagnation epilepsy (Shi Xian), promoting unobstructed flow.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Xieshao (Tail of Scorpio), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Daizheshi (Haematitum, prepared with vinegar quenching), Qingfen (Calomel), Shexiang (Moschus) (each 2.5 qian), Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (3 seeds, peeled and oil removed), Xingren (Prunus Armeniacae Semen, peeled, de-veined, lightly stir-fried) (3 qian).
The above ingredients are ground into powder, formed into pills using steamed jujube flesh, sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Each dose is 3–5 pills, taken by grinding in a decoction of Muguxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), at any time.
To treat infantile food-stagnation epilepsy accompanied by phlegm.
Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma Praeparatum, processed), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, processed), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Yaxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Chuanlingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces), Quanxie (Scorpio, baked) (each 1 qian), Qingfen (Calomel) (0.5 qian), Badoushuang (Crotonis Fructus Pulvis, oil removed) (2.5 qian).
The above ingredients are ground into powder, formed into pills using thin wheat paste, sized like sesame seeds. Each dose is 10 pills, taken with a decoction of Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) or Jiangtang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Decoction), at any time.
To treat infantile restlessness and oppression, stiffness of the neck and back, opisthotonos (reclining backward), with intermittent convulsions and consciousness.
Niuhuang (Bovaris Calculus) (1 liang 2 qian, finely ground), Shexiang (Moschus) (finely ground), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, separately ground), Lingyangjiaomo (Saigae Tataricae Cornu Pulvis, shaved), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, de-gubbed), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, de-gubbed), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, de-core), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (each 1 liang 5 qian), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix, de-radicle), Xingren (Prunus Armeniacae Semen, peeled, de-veined, stir-fried with bran), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), BaiFuling (Poria, peeled), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (each 1 liang 2.5 qian), Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla, chopped, stir-fried with Araneis Pulvis), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, de-rugged), Dadoujuan (Sojae Semen Praeparatum, crushed, stir-fried) (each 1 liang 7.5 qian), Puhuang (Typhae Pollen, stir-fried), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, de-gubbed), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, stir-fried) (each 2.5 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, stir-fried) (5 qian), Xionghuang (Realgar) (8 qian, separately ground and water-washed), Bailian (Ianthemi Bulbus), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) (each 7.5 qian), Jinbo (Lamina Aurea) (1200 pieces, 400 pieces used as coating, the rest added to the medicine, separately ground; Xijiaomo (Rhinocerotis Cornu Pulvis) (2 liang), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus) (100 pieces, steamed, peeled, pitted, pounded into paste and added to the medicine), Gansanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) (10 liang).
Except for the four ingredients: Dazao, Xingren, Niuhuang, Shexiang, Xionghuang, and Longnao, which are separately ground into fine powder, the remaining ingredients are mixed evenly. The mixture is formed into pills using refined honey and jujube paste. Each liang of medicinal powder makes 10 pills, coated with Lamina Aurea. Take one pill raw, dissolved in warm white water, taken after meals. For infantile convulsive epilepsy, adjust the dosage according to severity, dissolving in a warm decoction of Zhuye (Bambusae Folium).
