治潮热往来，久而不解，烦渴昏倦，肌瘦减食。
地骨皮（一两） 柴胡 防风 黄芩 甘草（炙） 葛根（各七钱半）
上锉碎，每服二钱，用水六分，煎至三分，不拘时服。
治小儿虚羸少气，气逆欲吐，四体烦热。
石膏（三两） 半夏（洗） 人参（各七钱半） 麦门冬（去心，二两） 甘草（炙，
七钱半） 淡竹叶（半把）
上锉碎，每服二钱，用水六分，粳米三四十粒，生姜二片，煎至三分，去渣，不拘时服。
治小儿蕴积壮热，赤眼口疮，心烦躁闷，咽干多渴，潮热不止。
防风 甘草（炙） 连翘 柴胡（去芦） 山栀子（各半两）
上为末，每服二钱，用水六分，煎至三分，食后服。
治小儿潮热实热，壮热烦闷，不思乳哺，大小便不利，及诸风壅痰实。

上为末，薄荷汤和熟蜜调半钱，不拘时服。浑身热渴吐泻，用防风汤调。若壮热不止，
甘草桂枝汤调服。
治小儿惊热涎风，前后不通。
川大黄（蒸） 甘草（生） 朴硝（各一两）
上锉碎，每服二钱，水半盏，入蜜少许，煎至三分，不拘时服。
Treats tidal fever alternating with chills, persisting for a long time without resolution, accompanied by irritability, thirst, mental confusion, fatigue, emaciation, and loss of appetite.
*Gudupi* (Cortex Lycii Radicis, 1 liang), *Chaihu* (Radix Bupleuri), *Fangfeng* (Radix Saposhnikoviae), *Huangqin* (Radix Scutellariae), *Gancao* (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried), *Gegen* (Radix Puerariae) (each 7 qian half).
Crush the herbs finely. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct in 6 fen of water until reduced to 3 fen. Take at any time.
Treats pediatric deficiency with emaciation and shortness of breath, rebellious qi causing nausea, and vexatious heat in the four limbs.
*Shigao* (Gypsum Fibrosum, 3 liang), *Banxia* (Rhizoma Pinelliae, washed), *Renshen* (Radix Ginseng) (each 7 qian half), *Maimendong* (Radix Ophiopogonis, heart removed, 2 liang), *Gancao* (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried, 7 qian half), *Dan Zhuye* (Folium Bambusae, half a handful).
Crush the herbs finely. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct in 6 fen of water along with 30-40 grains of *Jingsmi* (Semen Oryzae Sativae) and 2 slices of *Shengjiang* (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens). Decoct until reduced to 3 fen, strain, and take at any time.
Treats pediatric internal accumulation of intense heat, red eyes, oral ulcers, cardiac irritability and oppression, dry throat with excessive thirst, and unceasing tidal fever.
*Fangfeng* (Radix Saposhnikoviae), *Gancao* (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried), *Lianqiao* (Fructus Forsythiae), *Chaihu* (Radix Bupleuri, radix removed), *Shanzhizi* (Fructus Gardeniae) (each 0.5 liang).
Pulverize into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct in 6 fen of water until reduced to 3 fen. Take after meals.
Treats pediatric tidal fever and excess heat, intense heat with irritability and oppression, refusal to nurse or eat, difficulty in urination and defecation, as well as various wind obstruction and phlegm-excess syndromes.
*Chuan Dahuang* (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, wrapped in wet paper and roasted until cooked), *Niuhuang* (Calculus Bovis), *Huangqin* (Radix Scutellariae), *Baifuzi* (Rhizoma Typhonii), *Fangfeng* (Radix Saposhnikoviae) (each 0.5 liang), *Baifuling* (Sclerotium Poriae Cocos), *Jiegeng* (Radix Platycodonis), *Gancao* (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried), *Renshen* (Radix Ginseng), *Quanxie* (Scorpio, detoxified and lightly roasted), *Baijiangcan* (Bombyx Batryticatus, silk mouth removed and roasted), *Yujin* (Radix Curcumae, boiled in soap pod water) (each 2 qian half).
Pulverize into fine powder. Mix half a qian with prepared honey and mint infusion (*Bohe Tang*). Take at any time. If there is whole-body heat, thirst, vomiting, and diarrhea, mix with *Fangfeng Tang*. If intense heat persists, mix with *Gancao Guizhi Tang*.
Treats pediatric fright-heat with salivary wind (convulsions with frothing at the mouth), and blockage of both anterior and posterior orifices (urinary and fecal retention).
*Chuan Dahuang* (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, steamed), *Gancao* (Radix Glycyrrhizae, raw), *Pu Xiao* (Natrii Sulfas) (each 1 liang).
Crush the herbs finely. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct in half a zhan of water with a little honey until reduced to 3 fen. Take at any time.
