磁石（火 醋淬七次，研细，水飞） 巴戟 川椒（开口者，各一两） 石菖蒲 沉香

上为细末，每服二钱，用猪肾一只，细切，和以葱白少盐并药，湿纸十重裹，煨令香熟
，空心细嚼，温酒送下。
治内热，耳出脓汁。
蔓荆子 赤芍药 生地黄 桑白皮（炒） 甘菊花 赤茯苓 川升麻 麦门冬（去心） 木
通前胡 甘草（炙，各一钱）
上作一服，水二盅，生姜三片，红枣二枚，煎至一盅，食后服。
治耳聋。
全蝎（一枚） 地龙（二条） 土狗（二枚） 明矾（半生半 ） 雄黄（各半两） 麝

上为细末，每用少许，葱白蘸药，引入耳中，闭气面壁坐一时，三日一次。

上为细末，以羊肾研烂细，酒煮面糊丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，空心盐酒送下。
治肾虚耳聋，或风邪入于经络，耳内虚鸣。

（去根，各一两） 全蝎（去毒，七个） 麝香（一字，另研旋入）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，空心用盐酒或盐汤送下。
To treat deafness caused by Kidney deficiency.
Cis Chishi (Magnetitum, calcined in fire and quenched in vinegar seven times, ground into fine powder, processed by water levigation) Bajitian (Morinda officinalis Radix), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, selecting those with open seeds, each 1 liang), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum)
(each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. For each dose, take 2 qian. Slice one pig kidney finely, mix with it a small amount of scallion white, salt, and the medicinal powder. Wrap tightly in ten layers of wet paper, and roast over fire until fragrant and cooked. Chew thoroughly on an empty stomach, and swallow with warm wine.
To treat internal heat manifesting as purulent discharge from the ear.
Manjingzi (Viticis Fructus), Chi Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens), Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex, stir-baked), Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Chi Fuling (Poria cum Risu, red-colored), Chuan Shengma ( Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Menmendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, each 1 qian).
Combine as one dose. Add two zhong of water, three slices of fresh ginger, and two jujubes. Decoct until one zhong remains. Take after meals.
To treat deafness.
Quanxie (Scorpio, one piece), Dilong (Pheretima, two earthworms), Tougou (Gryllotalpae Mantis, two pieces), Mingfan (Alumen, half raw and half calcined), Xionghuang (Realgar, each 0.5 liang), Shexiang (Moschus, one zi quantity).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use a small amount each time. Dip scallion white into the powder and insert it into the ear. Hold breath and sit facing a wall for one shichen (two hours). Apply once every three days.
To treat deafness caused by Kidney deficiency.
Bajitian (Morinda officinalis Radix, heart removed), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, processed), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Ganhudi Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), Roushouyu (Cynomorii Herba, soaked in wine), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, processed), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, all above herbs 2 liang each), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, 1 liang), Fuling (Poria, peeled, 0.5 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 1.5 liang), Yangshen (Ovis/Capis Kidney, two pieces).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mash the sheep kidneys finely, and use wine-boiled wheat paste to form pills, sized like wutong tree seeds. Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach, swallowed with salted wine.
To treat deafness caused by Kidney deficiency, or hollow ringing in the ears due to wind pathogen invading the meridians.
Roushouyu (Cynomorii Herba, soaked in wine, sliced and baked), Shilongru (Batrachostomus, likely referring to a specific mineral or herb contextually treated here), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus, pitted), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, soaked in wine, steamed and baked), Chuan Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, rhizome removed), Lurong (Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum, wine-fried), Cis Chishi (Magnetitum, calcined in fire and quenched in vinegar seven times, processed by water levigation), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, processed, skin and navel removed), Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis, roots removed, each 1 liang), Quanxie (Scorpio, detoxified, seven pieces), Shexiang (Moschus, one zi quantity, ground separately and added just before use).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills using refined honey, sized like wutong tree seeds. Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach, swallowed with salted wine or salted decoction.
