治痔疾，并漏有脓血，大便燥硬，作疼痛不止。
秦艽（去芦） 桃仁（去皮尖，另研） 皂角仁（去皮弦，烧存性，各一两） 枳实（麸
炒） 当归尾（酒制） 泽泻 白术（以上各半两） 地榆（三钱）
上为细末，与桃仁泥碾匀，汤煮面糊和丸，如梧桐子大，合药光滑，焙干，每服一百丸
，白汤送下，空心服，待少时以美膳压之，忌生冷硬物冷水菜之类，并湿面酒及五辛辣热大
料物之类，犯之则药无验矣，数服而愈。

上作一服，水二盅，煎至一盅，空心服。待少时，美膳压之。忌生冷硬物冷菜之类，及
酒湿面干姜之类。如有脓加白葵花五朵，去萼，青皮半钱，同煎去滓，入木香末三分服。
治痔漏，每日大便，时发疼痛，如无疼痛，非痔漏也，此药主之。

上作一服，水二盅，煎至一盅，空心服。忌风寒处大小便。
Treat hemorrhoidal diseases, and fistula accompanied by pus and blood, dry and hard stools, with unceasing pain.
Qinjiao (Gentianae Radix) [remove rhizome] 1 liang, Taoren (Persicae Semen) [remove skin and pointed ends, grind separately] 1 liang, Zaojiaoren (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Semen) [remove skin and fibrous strands, burn until carbonized but retaining efficacy] 1 liang, Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) [bran-fried], Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix caudex) [wine-processed], Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) [above each half liang], Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix) 3 qian.
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, mix evenly with Persicae Semen paste, blend with wheat flour paste boiled in water to form pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds, make the pills smooth, bake dry. Take 100 pills per dose, swallow with warm water, take on an empty stomach, wait a while then eat a good meal to settle the medicine. Avoid cold, raw, hard foods, cold water, vegetables, damp noodles, alcohol, and strong spicy/hot spices. Violating these will render the medicine ineffective; after several doses, it will heal.
Qinjiao (Gentianae Radix) [remove sprouts] 1.5 qian, Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) 1.5 qian, Zaojiaoren (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Semen) [burn until carbonized] 1.5 qian, Taoren (Persicae Semen) [remove skin and pointed ends] 1.5 qian, Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) [remove rough bark, wine-processed] 1 qian, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) 1 qian, Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix caudex) 1 qian, Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) 1 qian, Binglang (Arecae Semen) 0.5 qian, Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [a small amount].
Take as one dose, add two cups of water, decoct to one cup, take on an empty stomach. Wait a while, then eat a good meal to settle the medicine. Avoid cold, raw, hard foods, cold dishes, alcohol, damp noodles, dried ginger, etc. If pus is present, add five white sunflower heads (remove calyx), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride) 0.5 qian, decoct together, strain, add Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) powder 3 fen, and take.
Treat hemorrhoids and fistula, where pain occurs frequently during daily bowel movements. If there is no pain, it is not hemorrhoids or fistula; this medicine treats it.
Qinjiao (Gentianae Radix) 1.5 qian, Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) 1.5 qian, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 1.5 qian, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) 1.5 qian, Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) 1 qian, Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) 1 qian, Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) 1 qian, Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [stir-baked] 1 qian, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) 1 qian, Honghua (Carthami Flos) 0.5 qian, Taoren (Persicae Semen) 0.5 qian, Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) 0.5 qian, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) [roasted] 0.6 qian.
Take as one dose, add two cups of water, decoct to one cup, take on an empty stomach. Avoid wind and cold, abstain from sexual intercourse, and avoid alcohol, damp noodles, and pungent/hot foods.
Treat hemorrhoids and fistula, with hard and bound stools, prolapse of the large intestine, heavy bleeding, and unbearable suffering.
Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix caudex) 1 qian, Yuliren (Pruni Armeniacae Semen) 1 qian, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) 1 qian, Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) 1 qian, Wei Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [stir-baked] 1 qian, Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) 1 qian, Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) 1 qian, Qiniao (Gentianae Radix) 1 qian, Maziren (Cannabis Semen) 1.5 qian, Zaojiaoren (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Semen) 1 qian [grind separately into fine powder, mix with decoction before taking].
Take as one dose, add two cups of water, decoct to one cup, take on an empty stomach. Avoid defecating and urinating in windy/cold places.
