上作一服，水二盅，煎至一盅，空心服。
治痔疾经年，因饱食筋脉横解，肠 为痔，常去其筋脉横解，破血络是也，治法当补北

上为细末，酒糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，空心用米饮送下。
治久新诸痔，肛边肿痛，或时疮痒，有脓血。
栝蒌（二个，烧存性） 皮（二个，烧存性） 白矾（ ） 绿矾（ ） 白附子（生
用） 天南星 鸡冠花（ 炒） 半夏（各五两） 胡桃仁（十五个不油者，罐内 存性） 枳
壳（炒） 附子（炮，去皮脐） 诃子（去核，各二两）
上为细末，醋糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三五十丸，临卧用温酒送下。远年不瘥者，服
十日效，久服除根。

Qinjiao (Gentianae Radix), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (each 1.5 qian), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Gancao (Liquiritiae Radix, honey-fried) (each 1 qian), Ben (Ligustici Rhizoma), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Honghua (Carthami Flos) (each 0.5 qian).
Take the above as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct until one zhong remains, and take on an empty stomach.
Treats chronic hemorrhoids lasting for years, caused by overeating leading to the laxity and dispersion of sinews and vessels, resulting in intestinal hemorrhoids. The manifestation is often the laxity and dispersion of sinews and vessels, which involves the rupture of blood collaterals. The treatment method should tonify the North (Kidney) and purge the Center (Spleen/Stomach).
Honghua (Carthami Flos), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) (each 0.5 qian), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (each 1.5 qian), Zhuling (Polyporus), Hanfangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix caudex), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (each 1 qian).
Take the above as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct until one zhong remains, and take on an empty stomach.
Treats hemorrhoidal fistula with dry, hard stools and pain.
Qinjiao (Gentianae Radix), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) (each 1.5 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Zaorao Ren (Stemonae Semen, skin removed, charred to retain nature), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (each 1 qian), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, baked) (5 qian), Honghua (Carthami Flos) (0.5 qian).
Take the above as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct until one zhong remains, and take on an empty stomach.
Treats hemorrhoid swelling and pain.
Diyu (Sanguisorbae Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos), Chi Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) (each 1 qian), Bailian (Iridis Tatarinae Rhizoma), Fengfang (Vespa Nidus, fried until scorched), Gancao (Liquiritiae Radix, honey-fried) (each 0.5 qian).
Take the above as one dose, add two zhong of water, decoct until one zhong remains, and take before meals.
Treats various hemorrhoids, as well as wind-intestinal bleeding and rectal prolapse.
Huaijiao (Sophorae Fructus Immaturus, stems removed) (1 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Diyu (Sanguisorbae Radix), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, bran-fried), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, form pills using wine paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, swallowed with rice water on an empty stomach.
Treats old and new cases of various hemorrhoids, swelling and pain around the anus, occasional itching of sores, with pus and blood discharge.
Gualou (Trichosanthis Fructus) (two fruits, charred to retain nature), Pimu (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, charred to retain nature), Baifan (Alumen), Lüfan (Chalcanthite), Baifuzi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, raw use), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma), Jiguanhua (Galii Spinosae Flos, fried), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (each 5 liang), Hutaoren (Juglandis Semen, 15 non-greasy ones, charred to retain nature in a jar), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, fried), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, skin and umbilicus removed), Hezi (Chebulae Fructus, pits removed) (each 2 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, form pills using vinegar paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 30-50 pills per dose, swallowed with warm wine before going to bed. For long-standing cases not healing, efficacy will be seen after ten days of administration; long-term use can eradicate the root cause.
