上为细末，醋调绿豆粉煮糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，食前以苦楝根煎汤送下，
仍用童子热尿入白矾末，淋洗肛门。

上作一服，水二盅，黑豆一百粒，生姜五片，白梅一个，同煎至一盅，食前服。
治气痔。

上作一服，水二盅，生姜三片，红枣二枚，煎一盅，食前服。
Treatment for recurrent hemorrhoids with fistula accompanied by itching.
Gleditsiae Spina (Liangjiao Ci, 皂荚刺) [2 liang, burned until smoke ceases, preserving the medicinal nature], Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风), Sophorae Flos (Huaihua, 槐花) [each 7 qian 5 fen], Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子), Alum (Baifan, 白矾) [dosage missing in original text], Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike, 枳壳), Tribuli Fructus (Bijili, 白蒺藜) [stir-fried, thorns removed], Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活) [each 0.5 liang], Vespa Nidus (Fengfang, 蜂房) [stir-fried until scorched], Myrobalan Chebulae Fructus (Wubeizi, 五倍子) [each 2 qian 5 fen].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with vinegar and paste made from mung bean flour boiled in water to form pills, sized like wutong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, administered before meals with a decoction of Alstoniae Scholaris Root Bark (Kulian Gen, 苦楝根). Additionally, wash the anus with hot urine from a healthy boy mixed with alum powder.
Treatment for internal hemorrhoids, characterized by nodules forming inside the anal canal, accompanied by alternating chills and fever.
Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zaojiao, 皂角) [3 stalks, length of one chi, strings and seeds removed, stir-fried with vinegar], Alum (Baifan, 白矾) [dosage missing in original text], Cortex Ziziphi Spinosae or similar bark referred to as "Ci Pi" (Cipi, 刺皮) [stir-fried until yellow], Coicis Semen (Yiyiren, 薏苡仁), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷) [each 1 liang], Persicae Semen (Taoren, 桃仁) [skin removed, stir-fried], Descurainiae Semen Lepidii et Lepidii Semen (Tinglili, 甜葶苈) [stir-fried], Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng, 桔梗) [each 0.5 liang], Pig's Hind Hoof Nail (Houti Chuijia, 猪后蹄垂甲) [10 pieces, burned to preserve medicinal nature].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills, sized like wutong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with a decoction of Morus Alba Root Bark (Sangbaipi, 桑白皮).
Treatment for continuous bleeding from hemorrhoids.
Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Medicated Leaven (Shenqu, 神曲) [stir-fried], Sophorae Flos (Huaihua, 槐花) [lightly stir-fried], Astragali Membranacei Radix or Scutellariae Radix (Huang, 黄) [likely Huangqi based on context, dosage missing character, assume standard herb], Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu, 地榆) [each 0.5 liang], Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjisui, 荆芥穗), Human Hair (Fa, 头发) [burned to preserve medicinal nature], Equiseti Herba (Muzei, 木贼), Donkey-Hide Gelatin (E'ejiao, 阿胶) [stir-fried] [each 1 liang].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills, sized like wutong seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, administered before meals with rice water.
Treatment for alcohol-induced hemorrhoids (Jiu Zhi).
Puerariae Lobatae Radix (Gegen, 干葛), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike, 枳壳) [stir-fried], Pinelliae Tuber (Banxia, 半夏) [processed with ginger juice], Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生地黄), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren, 杏仁) [each 1 qian 5 fen], Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) [stir-fried with honey] [each 0.5 qian].
Prepare as one dose. Add 2 zhong of water, 100 black soybeans, 5 slices of fresh ginger, and 1 white plum. Decoct together until 1 zhong remains. Administer before meals.
Treatment for qi-stagnation-induced hemorrhoids (Qi Zhi).
Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jupi, 橘皮), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhike, 枳壳) [stir-fried], Sophorae Flos (Huaihua, 槐花) [stir-fried], Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎) [each 1 qian 5 fen], Persicae Semen (Taoren, 桃仁) [skin removed, stir-fried], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang, 木香), Arecae Semen (Binglang, 槟榔), Perillae Caulis et Folium (Zisu Jingye, 紫苏茎叶), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu, 香附), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) [stir-fried with honey] [each 1 qian].
Prepare as one dose. Add 2 zhong of water, 3 slices of fresh ginger, and 2 red dates. Decoct until 1 zhong remains. Administer before meals.
