治心气虚耗，不能藏血，以致面色黄瘁，五心烦热，咳嗽唾血，及妇人怀娠，恶阻呕吐，
亦宜服之。
白茯苓（去皮） 人参（去芦） 前胡（去芦） 半夏 陈皮 枳壳（去幅） 紫苏 白
芍药 桔梗 干葛 当归 熟地黄 川芎 甘草（各一钱）
上作一服，水二盅，生姜五片，红枣一枚，煎至一盅，食前服。
治男子妇人血妄流溢，或吐或咳，衄血，并皆治之。

芎（各一钱半）
上作一服，水二盅，煎至一盅，不拘时服。
治鼻衄不止。
茜根 黄芩 侧柏叶 阿胶（蛤粉炒） 生地黄（各二钱） 甘草（炙，一钱）

治思虑伤心，吐血衄血。
天门冬（去心） 远志（去心，甘草煮） 黄 （去芦） 白芍药 麦门冬（去心） 藕
节阿胶（蛤粉炒） 生地黄 当归（去芦） 人参 没药 甘草（炙，各一钱）
上作一服，水二盅，生姜五片，煎至一盅，不拘时服。
治食啖辛物，伤于肺经，呕吐出血，名曰肺疸。
大蓟根（洗） 犀角（镑） 升麻 桑白皮（去皮，炙） 蒲黄（炒） 杏仁（去皮尖）
甘草（炙，各一钱） 桔梗（炒，各一钱半）
上作一服，水二盅，生姜五片，煎至一盅，不拘时服。
Treats Heart Qi deficiency and exhaustion, where the Heart fails to store blood, resulting in a sallow and emaciated complexion, five-palm heat (heat sensation in the palms, soles, and chest), coughing with hemoptysis, as well as nausea and vomiting due to morning sickness during pregnancy. This formula is also suitable for these conditions.
Bai Fuling (Poria Cocos, peeled) Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix, radix removed) Qian Hu (Peucedani Radix, radix removed) Ban Xia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) Zhi Ke (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, placenta removed) Zi Su (Perillae Folium) Bai Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) Jie Geng (Platycodonis Radix) Gan Ge (Puerariae Radix) Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Shu Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) Gan Cao (Licorice Root, each 1 qian).
Take all ingredients as one dose, add two zhong of water, five slices of fresh ginger, and one red date. Decoct until one zhong remains. Take before meals.
Treats abnormal bleeding in men and women, whether manifesting as hematemesis, hemoptysis, or epistaxis; it treats all such cases.

Treats persistent epistaxis.
