先贤常言∶夏则土燥而水浊，冬则土坚而水清，此其理也。医者往往峻补，其疾
中和，水火既济而土自坚，其流清矣。

治肾气虚损，五劳七伤，小腹拘急，四肢酸疼，面色黧黑，唇口干燥，目
短气，夜梦惊恐，精神困倦，喜怒无常，悲忧不乐，饮食无味，举动乏力，心
痿缓，小便滑数，房室不举，股内湿痒，水道涩痛，小便出血，时有遗沥，并
填骨髓，补五脏，去百病，明耳目，益颜色，延寿。

上为细末，用山药末打糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，空心用温酒或盐汤送下，如
腰脚无力，木瓜汤送下。

Cassiae Semen (Pogu Zhi), stir-fried, 4 liang; Halitum (Qing Yan), 4 liang; Poria (Baifuling), 2 liang; Myrobalan (Wubeizi), 2 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use wine to cook a paste and form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 70 pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with salt water.
Treats the failure of heart and kidney to interact (heart-kidney non-interaction), or conditions exacerbated by excessive alcohol and sexual indulgence, termed "Earth Turbidity" (Tu Yin). This is because the spleen has deficient heat while the kidney is insufficient. Hence, ancient sages often stated: in summer, the earth is dry and the water turbid; in winter, the earth is firm and the water clear; this is the principle. Physicians often employ vigorous tonification, leading to recovery where fire and water interact harmoniously, the earth naturally becomes firm, and the flow becomes clear.
Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang), 10 liang (steamed nine times, sun-dried nine times); Cuscuta Seed (Tusizi), soaked in wine; Antler Glue Residue (Lujiao Shuang), each 5 qian; Poria (Fuling), peeled; Biota Seed (Baizi).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Separately, use Deer Antler Glue (Lujiao Jiao) cooked into a paste to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with salt and wine.
Treats white turbidity accompanied by irritability and thirst.
Deer Antler (Lurong); Cistanche Stem (Roucongrong); Chinese Yam (Shanyao); Poria (Fuling), peeled, all in equal proportions.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use rice paste to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with jujube soup.

Cuscuta Seed (Tusizi), soaked in wine, baked dry, ground into powder, 5 liang; Stone Lotus Seed Flesh (Shilianrou), 2 liang; White Poria (Baifuling), peeled, 1 liang; Chinese Yam (Shanyao), 2 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use Chinese Yam powder mixed with water as a paste to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with warm wine or salt water. If there is weakness in the waist and legs, administer with Quince (Mugua) soup.
