以上各一两，为细末，炼蜜为丸，桐子大。每空心温酒服三十丸。

蜜丸，梧子大。空心服二钱，白汤下。
专治阳痿，虚惫不固不举，心肾不交。

黑豆五升（砂锅内黄酒煮熟，晒干） 破故纸一斤（盐水炒） 枸杞子一斤（酒洗）菟
丝子一斤（酒煮透） 川椒（去闭口目者）八两（先洗净，地一块用炭火烧红，用水泼湿，
将椒在地上以瓷盆盖之，一宿取用）
共为末，酒糊为丸，梧子大。每服三钱，白滚汤空心下。
Cibotii Rhizoma (Tusizi), Cistanches Herba (Roucongrong), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi), Cyathulae Radix (Chuan Niuxi, remove the core, all soaked in wine overnight), Biota Semen (Baiziren), Cassiae Lignum (Guixin, remove the wood), Schisandrae Fructus (Beiwuweizi), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi, remove the core), Natrii Chloridum Viride (Qingyan).
Each of the above herbs is one tael. Grind into fine powder, and make pills with refined honey, size of *Cotinus coggygria* seeds. Take thirty pills each time, orally, with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Specially treats impotence (Yangwei) with inability to erect, scanty semen leading to infertility. After taking it for one month of maintenance, efficacy will naturally appear.
Eupolyphagae et Steleophagi Oötheca (Zhen Sangpiaoxiao), four taels (stir-fried until yellow), Allii Tuberosi Semen (Jiu Zi), two taels (stir-fried), Nelumbinis Plumula (Lian Xu), two taels, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi), two taels (baked), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong), two taels (stir-fried with ginger juice), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), two taels (soaked in wine), Lycii Fructus (Gouqizi), two taels, Tribuli Fructus (Shajili), two taels (stir-fried), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), two taels, Cibotii Rhizoma (Tusizi), two taels (boiled in wine), Asparagi Radix (Tiandong), two taels, Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Guiban), two taels (roasted), Cervi Cornu Degelatinatum (Lurong), two taels (roasted), Psoraleae Fructus (Pogu Zhi), two taels (soaked in wine and stir-fried), Cistanches Herba (Roucongrong), two taels (washed with wine, scales removed), Poria (Bai Fuling), two taels, Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi Rou, remove the wood, soaked in licorice water), two taels, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), two taels (washed with wine), Natrii Chloridum Viride (Qingyan, soaked), five qian.
Make honey pills, size of *Cotinus coggygria* seeds. Take two qian on an empty stomach, washed down with plain boiled water.
Specially treats impotence, deficiency exhaustion with failure to consolidate or erect, Heart-Kidney non-interaction.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), two taels, Astragali Radix (Huangqi, stir-fried with wine), two taels, Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guigui), two taels, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Shu Fuzi), one piece, Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), one tael, Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong), one tael (stir-fried with ginger juice), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao, stir-fried), four taels, Psoraleae Fructus (Pogu Zhi, stir-fried), four taels, Foeniculi Fructus (Xiaohuixiang, stir-fried), four taels, Cibotii Rhizoma (Tusizi), eight taels (boiled in wine), Morinda Officinalis Radix (Bajitian), two taels (remove the core, soak in wine), Yangsolis Caulis Suoquans (Suoyang), two taels (boiled in wine).
Make honey pills, size of *Cotinus coggygria* seeds. Take three qian each time, orally, with boiling hot water on an empty stomach.
Sojae Semen Nigrum (Heidou), five sheng (cooked thoroughly in a clay pot with yellow wine, then dried in the sun), Psoraleae Fructus (Pogu Zhi), one jin (stir-fried with salt water), Lycii Fructus (Gouqizi), one jin (washed with wine), Cibotii Rhizoma (Tusizi), one jin (boiled thoroughly in wine), Zanthoxyli Fructus (Chuanjiao, remove those that are closed/shut), eight taels (first wash clean, take a piece of earth, heat red-hot with charcoal, sprinkle with water, place the pepper on the ground, cover with a porcelain basin overnight, then use).
Grind together into powder, make pills with wine paste, size of *Cotinus coggygria* seeds. Take three qian each time, orally, with plain boiling water on an empty stomach.
