共为末。白面六斤，真麻油二斤（炼泛花净），蜜一斤（炼花泛净）。入前药，面拌捣为
丸，弹子大。初服一日三丸，三日九丸。后一日一丸，饮凉水三口，一日不饥不渴，如要食，

共为末，炼蜜为丸，梧子大。每服五、六丸，温酒送下。

共为末，以绢袋盛之，缝固。黑豆五升，水量入，文武火煮透，取起晒干，再煮，以药

以上各等分为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧子大。每服四、五十丸。滚水，茶酒俱可下，功难尽
述。
Bai Fuling (Poria), Fen Gancao (Licorice Root) each 4 liang; Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) each 2 liang.
Grind all together into powder. Take 6 jin of white wheat flour, 2 jin of true sesame oil (refined to remove foam), and 1 jin of honey (refined to remove foam). Add the aforementioned medicinal powders, mix with the flour, knead thoroughly, and form pills the size of a bullet. For initial dosage, take three pills on the first day, nine pills by the third day. Thereafter, take one pill daily, accompanied by three mouthfuls of cool water. If one does not feel hungry or thirsty throughout the day, when food is desired, eat fruit pits.
(This medicine can reverse aging, eliminate all diseases, and after 100 days of consumption, enable the memory of ten thousand words.)
Gouqizi (Goji Berry), Digupi (Cortex Lycii), Yuanzhi Rou (Polygala Root flesh, soaked in wine), Shichangpu (Acorus Rhizome), Shengdihuang (Rehmannia Root) each 2 liang; Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemum Flower) 1 liang.
Grind all together into powder, bind with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take five or six pills per dose, swallowed with warm wine.
Yizhiren (Betel Nut Seed) 1 liang; Yuanzhi (Polygala Root), Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit), Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit) each 5 qian; Rongshurong (Cistanche Stem) 1 liang (washed in wine and shelled); Muxiang (Costus Root) 1 lian; Lianrui (Lotus Plumule) 3 qian; Tusizi (Dodder Seed) 1 liang (washed in wine); Chenxiang (Agarwood) 1 liang.
Grind all together into powder, bind with refined honey to form pills the size of Phellodendron seeds. On an empty stomach, take 3 qian per dose, swallowed with salted water.
Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 2 liang; Duzhong (Eucommia Bark) 1 liang; Qingyan (Green Salt) half jin; Bajirou (Morinda Root flesh) 3 liang; Tusizi (Dodder Seed) 3 liang; Gouqizi (Goji Berry) 2 liang; Shanzhuyu Rou (Cornus Fruit flesh) 2 liang; Jinyingzi (Cherokee Rose Fruit) 3 liang (remove hairs); Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit) 1 liang; Xiaohuixiang (Fennel Fruit) 1 liang; Poguzhi (Psoralea Fruit) 1 liang (stir-fried with salt water); Huangqi (Astragalus Root) 1 liang; Gancao (Licorice Root) 3 qian; Li jiao (Zanthoxylum) 5 qian.
Grind all together into powder, place in a silk bag, and sew tightly. Take 5 sheng of black soybeans, add water to cover, and boil thoroughly using gentle fire and medium-low heat. Remove, dry in the sun, and boil again until the medicinal flavor becomes faint.
Gouqi (Essence of Heaven), Shudi (Essence of Earth), Gan Juhua (Essence of Sun and Moon), Shanyao (Essence of Earth/Soil), Chuanjiao (Essence of Fire), Rongshurong (Essence of Wood), Tusizi (Essence of Water), Tianmendong (Asparagus Root, Essence of Metal), Baiziren (Biota Seed, Essence of Thousand-Year-Old Man), Bai Fuling (Poria, [Text cuts off here]).
Take equal parts of the above, grind into powder, bind with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take forty to fifty pills per dose. Swallow with boiling water, tea, or wine. The efficacy is too numerous to recount.
