钱羊躅踯（去油）五钱 乳香（去油）五钱 羌活五钱
用火酒十斤，绢袋盛药入酒煮三炷香，分作十小瓶常饮。
治筋骨疼痛，跌打损伤，风寒所侵，泻痢肿毒诸症。

鳖仁
用真香油二斤，浸药三日，熬枯药，滤去渣，每净油一斤，炒黄丹八两，同熬，以滴水
成珠为度。再下去油乳香、没药各四钱，搅匀，又下麝香一钱，搅匀。
治跌打损伤，瘀血攻心将死之症，灌药即苏。
土鳖（去头足生） 半夏一个同焙干一钱 乳香（去油）一钱 没药（去油）一钱 自
然铜（ ） 血竭 归尾骨碎补（焙，去尾） 硼砂 以上各一钱
共研细末，瓷罐收贮，每用八厘好酒送下。
用肥皂子、水浸透去外黑皮，用里白肉并仁，捣如泥。如明日用事，今晚用此敷之，上
至脚 一节，下至脚底板心，并指甲内，处处敷匀，不可有一毫空隙处，以油纸包。外用
裹脚缠足，其药与皮肉一样，颜色不变，用事时，一些不碍，毫无干涉。出来时，以黄豆浆
温温洗之。其豆浆须预先一日，将豆泡烂磨浆候着用。神哉！神哉！

各等分，蜜丸弹子大。每用一丸，酒服。
Bark of Cercis chinensis (Zijingpi), Bark of Moutan (Danpi), Cortex Acanthopanacis Senticosi (Wujiaopi), Rhizoma Curcumae Phaeocaulis (Yujin), Rhizoma Linderae (Wuyao) each 1 liang, Cinnamon Twig (Guangui) 5 qian, Rhizoma Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong) 1 liang, Rhizoma Curcumae Longae (Husuo/Ezhu) 1 liang, Fructus Tsaoko (Muxiang) 5 qian, Datura Metel Seed (Yangzhuzhi, de-oiled) 5 qian, Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, de-oiled) 5 qian, Radix Notopterygii (Qianghuo) 5 qian. Use 10 jin of strong liquor, place the herbs in a silk bag and boil in the liquor for the time it takes to burn three incense sticks. Divide into ten small bottles for regular consumption.
Treats bone and tendon pain, traumatic injuries, invasion of wind-cold, as well as various conditions such as dysentery and swelling/toxins.
Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Chuanwu), Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii Preparata (Caowu), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Sheng Dahuang) each 6 qian, Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishao), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi), Flos Forsythiae (Lianqiao), Rhizoma Bletillae (Baiji), Rhizoma Ampelopsis (Bailian), Rhizoma Linderae (Wuyao), Cinnamon Twig (Guangui), Fructus Elaeagnifolii/Mucronati (Mubie Ren). Soak the herbs in 2 jin of pure sesame oil for three days. Boil until the herbs are scorched, filter out the dregs. For every 1 jin of clear oil, add 8 liang of calcined yellow lead monoxide (Huandan), boil together until "a drop forms a bead" (the consistency test for plasters). Then add Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, de-oiled) and Resina Myrrhae (Moyao) each 4 qian, stir evenly. Add Musk (Shexiang) 1 qian, stir evenly.
Treats traumatic injuries where blood stasis attacks the heart leading to near-death states; administering the medicine will restore consciousness.
Eupolyphaga Steleophaga (Tubie, head and feet removed, raw use), Pinellia Ternata (Banxia) one piece, roasted together until dry to yield 1 qian, Resina Olibani (Ruxiang, de-oiled) 1 qian, Resina Myrrhae (Moyao, de-oiled) 1 qian, Natural Copper (Ziran Tong, vinegar-quenched), Draco Sanguis (Xuexie), Tail end of Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Guiwei), Rhizoma Drynariae (Gusuibu, roasted, tail removed), Borax (Pengsha).
