Danhui (Moutan Cortex), Baishao (White Peony Root), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root) (each 1 liang), Puhuang (Caulis Polygoni Cuspidati Pollen, stir-fried), Cebeiye (Biota Tops) (each 1 liang), ground into fine powder. Form pills with rice paste. Take 100 pills each time, washed down with plain boiled water.

This condition arises because the mother consumed spicy foods such as Sichuan pepper and ginger, causing heat toxins to enter the Spleen and dryness-fire in the Large Intestine, transforming into dysentery. In the first one or two days of onset, use Ganlian Tang (Sweet Coptis Decoction); three doses will bring immediate relief, effective as if by magic. If the dosage is insufficient, it may result in the death of both mother and infant postpartum.

During pregnancy, bleeding occurs resembling menstruation, coming once every month on schedule. This is called "Lou Tai" (Leaking Fetus).

Haijinsha (Lygodium Spores) (3 qian), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Xiaohui (Fennel Fruit), Cebeiye (Biota Tops), Baicaoshuang (Soot from Hundred Herbs), Chuanxiong (Szechwan Lovage Rhizome) (each 5 qian), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Chuangui (Angelica Sinensis) (each 8 qian), Cangzhu (Atractylodes Rhizome), ground into fine powder. Form pills with rice paste. Take 100 pills each time, washed down with plain boiled water.

During pregnancy, leakage of red leukorrhea occurs, resembling the color of pig liver blood, continuing day and night without cessation, accompanied by mental restlessness. Urgently administer the following prescription.

Cebeiye (Biota Tops), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root) (each 4 liang), ground into fine powder. Form honey pills. Take 100 pills on an empty stomach, washed down with plain boiled water.

This is due to deficiency of fetal Qi. First administer Lihua Jiu (Pear Flower Wine), then use Bi Bai Wan (Close White Pill).

Litouhua (Pear Blossoms, stir-fried), ground into fine powder. Wash down with wine.

Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Haipiaoxiao (Cuttlefish Bone), Muli (Oyster Shell), Chishizhi (Red Kaolin) (each 5 qian), ground into fine powder. Form pills with rice paste. Take 100 pills on an empty stomach, washed down with wine.

During pregnancy, tightness of Qi accompanied by spotting, continuous coughing at night, and menstruation arriving on schedule each month. There is heart-heat around noon, shortness of breath, and coughing. People generally treat this as a consumptive disease (Lao Zheng). After the heat subsides, use Ziwan Tang (Aster Decoction) to stop coughing and calm the fetus.

This is caused by trauma from falling, leading to the expulsion of evil blood flowing continuously like water. Urgently use Jiao'ai Tang (Ejiao and Mugwort Decoction) to stop the bleeding, then take Antai San (Fetus-Calming Powder) to protect the fetus. It can be treated within three to five days; if the patient is weak and the condition persists for a long time, it is difficult to treat.

Ejiao (Donkey-Hide Gelatin), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Fuling (Poria), Chuangui (Angelica Sinensis), Shengdi (Rehmannia Root) (each 1 qian), Chuanxiong (Szechwan Lovage Rhizome), Gancao (Licorice Root) (each 5 fen), Xiaohui (Fennel Fruit), Bajiaohui (Star Anise) (each 8 fen).

This syndrome is named "Zhuan Bao" (Displacement of the Womb/Bladder). Physicians often use Cheqianzi (Plantago Seeds) or Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasure Decoction), but these are ineffective. It is appropriate to take Bawei Wan (Eight Flavor Pill) on an empty stomach.

This is due to heat accumulation in the Large Intestine and weakness/blockage of fetal Qi. Avoid using Mangxiao (Mirabilite) and similar drugs, as they severely damage the fetus. Only administer Dahuang Tang (Rhubarb Decoction).
