蔓荆子 防风 羌活 川芎 羚羊角屑 枳壳 前胡 石膏 赤茯苓 麻黄（去根节）
荆芥穗（各三分） 北细辛 甘菊花 白芷 本 旋复花 甘草（各半两）
上为粗末，每服四钱。姜三片，水一盏，煎七分，去滓温服，无时候。
治妇人血风，眩晕头痛。（《九龠卫生方》。）

上为细末，每服一钱。水一盏，葱白三寸，茶末一钱，煎至七分，通口服。良久，去枕
仰卧少时。

上为细末，无时候。酒调二钱，日三服。
治女人头旋，即天动地转，名曰心眩，非血风也。（心眩方）
胆子矾一两细研，用胡饼剂子一个拌停，放板子上按平、一指浓，以篦子勒成如骰子大
块，不须界断，于瓦上焙干。每服一骰子大，为末，煎灯心竹茹汤调下。

Crush the above into coarse powder. Take 4 qian per dose. Add 3 slices of fresh ginger, 1 chalice of water, decoct to 70% volume, remove dregs and take warm, at any time.
Treats blood-wind in women, characterized by vertigo and headache. (From *Jiyue Weisheng Fang*.)
Chrysanthemi Flos (Juhua) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) Inulae Flos (Xuanjinhua) Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie Sui) (equal parts)
Grind the above into fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose. Add 1 chalice of water, 3 cun of scallion white, 1 qian of tea powder, decoct to 70% volume, take orally in one go. After a while, remove pillow and lie supine for a short time.
Treats wind-dizziness and vertigo. (Formula from Pang Anchang.)
Minor Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Xiao Chuanxiong) Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao) Poria Cocos with Hostwood (Bai Fushen) Chrysanthemi Flos (Gan Juhua, wild chrysanthemum not used) Ginseng Radix (Renshen) (each half liang) Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu Rou) (1 liang)
Grind the above into fine powder, take at any time. Mix with wine, take 2 qian, three times daily.
Treats women's spinning sensation of the head, where heaven and earth seem to rotate, named Xin Xuan (Heart Vertigo), which is not blood-wind. (Xin Xuan Formula)
Alumen (Danzi Fan) 1 liang, finely ground, mixed evenly with one dough cake piece, placed on a board, pressed flat to the thickness of one finger, marked into dice-sized pieces with a comb, without cutting through completely, baked dry on tiles. Take one dice-sized piece per dose, grind into powder, take with decoction of Juncus Arter (Dengxin Cao) and Bamboo Shavings (Zhuru).
