黄连（六两） 乌梅（三两） 干姜（二两）
上为细末，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大。空心，米饮下三十丸。忌猪肉。
治产后赤白痢，脐下气痛。
浓朴（八分） 当归 枳壳 诃子肉（各六分） 甘草（五分） 肉豆蔻（五个） 薤

上水一升，煮取九合，空心，分为三服。
治产后赤白痢，腹中绞痛不可忍。

The above herbs are ground into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach with rice water. Avoid pork.

The above herbs are boiled in one sheng of water until reduced to nine ge. Take on an empty stomach, divided into three doses.

The above herbs are ground into a fine powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take sixty pills with warm water, three times during the day and once at night, to stabilize the condition, invigorate blood, and stop dysentery.

The above herbs are chopped and boiled in six sheng of water until reduced to one sheng. Take three times daily. Another version includes one liang of Houpo. The Qianjin Fang contains only the first five ingredients. It also treats postpartum red and white dysentery with colicky abdominal pain and inability to eat.
