Summer heatstroke leading to death. In cases of heatstroke death, do not allow exposure to cold; exposure to cold causes immediate death. Treatment formula:
Wrap a curved leather belt around the patient's umbilicus. Have three or four people urinate into it to keep the urine warm. Alternatively, use mud mixed with grass, or place the bottom of a clay bowl or a detached chariot wheel on the patient's umbilicus, ensuring the urine does not flow away. This method is for emergency situations on the road where hot water is unavailable, requiring people to urinate in the container. Zhang Zhongjing stated: "To use multiple people's urine, ensure it is warm; if hot water is available, use that." Zhang Zhongjing also noted: "Avoid using mud and chariot wheels as they may be cold. However, in summer, hot earth mud or warm chariot wheels can be used."
