上八味为末。每服一字，米饮下，日二服。久者五服，有效。
第二急疳∶小儿疳痢，下赤色脓血，下部脱肛。虽有精神，命在须臾。但服此沉香丸方。

第三风疳∶小儿手足拘拳，眼目不开，有时自笑；或嗔怒惊叫，手爪甲青，状似鬼形，色似天 。须服此金箔茯苓

上件为末。每服一字，米饮下，日二服。忌油腻。
第四肉疳∶眼目常痛，饮食不下，食物不消，日渐羸瘦，服此调中丸。

上为末，枣肉为丸麻子大。每服三丸，米汤下。忌鱼、油物。
第五脊疳∶十指爪甲痒痛，头发焦干，腹肚虚鸣，脊骨如锯；时时下痢，状如青淀，或脓或血，服此朱砂丸方

第九蛔疳∶小儿合地，面无颜色，啼声乍高，状似心痛。往往口干，发动有时。医人不识，妄呼见祟。不知小
儿曾吃生肉，肉化为虫，此方大效。苦楝丸
苦楝根 鹤虱 朱砂（各一两） 槟榔（三个） 麝香（一钱）
上件为末，面糊丸小豆大。每服三丸，白汤下。日可三服，忌毒物。
第十奶疳∶由乳母胃气不足，小儿吃着冷奶，便生吐逆，渐成奶疳，宜急治。莫交肿毒，便身通黄，状似橘皮。
宜服木香散方
黄 人参 龙脑（各一分） 蝎 干姜 橘皮（去白。各一两） 附子 甘草（各一两）
上件为末。每服一字，乳香汤调服，日进二服。重者不过七服。忌毒物。
第十一脾疳∶小儿常吃泥土，日久遍身通黄。人不识，或呼为阴黄。宜服虎睛丸方
虎睛（一个） 牛黄（二钱） 桔梗 麝香 胡黄连（各一钱）
上件为末，炼蜜为丸麻子大。每服三丸，食前，米饮下。日二服。
第十二肺疳∶小儿多是吃着热味食及病奶，损伤心肺，便生喘嗽。愚医不辨冷热，以药攻之，变成黄肿，渐觉
昏沉。服此杏仁散。
杏仁（二、七个） 甘草 款冬花（各二钱） 麝香 胡黄连（各一钱） 半夏（汤洗七度，半两）
上件为末。每服一字，枣汤调下。日进二服。

Make pills using jujube flesh, sized like hemp seeds. Take three pills per dose, administered with rice water, twice daily. For long-standing illness, seven doses are required to see results.
Third type: Wind Gan Syndrome. The infant exhibits flexion contracture of hands and feet, inability to open eyes, and occasional spontaneous smiling; or displays irritability, fright, and screaming, with cyanotic fingernails and toenails. The appearance resembles that of a ghost, with a pale complexion resembling daylight. Must administer this *Jinbo Fuling San* (Gold Foil Poria Powder).

Grind into powder, make pills with jujube flesh, sized like hemp seeds. Take three pills per dose, administered with rice soup. Avoid fish and oily foods.
Fifth type: Spine Gan Syndrome. Itching and pain in the ten fingernails and toenails, scorched and dry hair, abdominal borborygmus due to deficiency, spine pain feeling like being sawed; frequent diarrhea, stool resembling blue precipitate, or containing pus or blood. Administer this *Zhusha Wan* (Cinnabar Pill) formula.

Eighth type: Food Gan Syndrome. High fever at night in infants, alternating chills, cold hands and feet; accompanied by sweating in the genital area, gradual emaciation, frequent edema, and often diarrhea. Use this *Tiefen Wan* (Iron Powder Pill) formula.

Ninth type: Roundworm Gan Syndrome. Infant has a dull complexion without luster, crying voice fluctuating in pitch, symptoms resembling heart pain. Often dry mouth, attacks occurring at specific times. Physicians unfamiliar with this condition may mistakenly attribute it to demonic influence. This occurs because the infant consumed raw meat which transformed into parasites. This formula is highly effective. Use *Kelian Wan* (Toosendan Pill).
