百解散 治小儿潮热脉虚浮数用此微汗

十味人参散 治潮热身体倦怠
柴胡 甘草 人参 茯苓 半夏 白术 黄芩 当归 芍药 葛根
上 咀水一钟姜三片煎服
Daoye San (Guide Out the Red Powder): Treats excess heat in the Small Intestine.
Shengdi Huang (Rehmanniae Radix), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (equal parts).
Grind the above into coarse powder, add Zhuye (Bambusae Folium) and decoct together for administration.
Xiexin Tang (Drain the Heart Decoction): Treats heart heat.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (one liang).
Grind into fine powder, mix with water to take two or three fen; adjust dosage according to age.
Xieqing Wan (Drain the Green Pill): Treats liver heat.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Longdancao (Gentianae Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Shanzhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix).
Grind into fine powder, make pills with honey the size of a chicken head. Take one pill or half a pill per dose.
Xiebai San (Drain the White Powder): Treats lung heat.
Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex), Digupi (Lycii Cortex) (each one liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (five qian).
Grind into fine powder, take two or three qian per dose.
Xiehuang San (Drain the Yellow Powder): Treats spleen heat causing bad breath and dry throat.
Huoxiang (Pogostemonis Herba) (seven qian), Shanzhi (Gardeniae Fructus) (one liang), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) (half liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (three liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (four liang).
Grind into fine powder, mix with honey and wine, stir-fry lightly until fragrant. Take one qian per dose.
Zishen Dihuang Wan (Kidney-Nourishing Rehmannia Pill): Treats kidney heat.
Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (two qian), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) (one qian), Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (one point five fen).
Grind into fine powder, make pills with warm water the size of a tung tree seed. Take twenty to thirty pills per dose, washed down with the Baifei Tang mentioned previously.
Renshen Xionggui San (Ginseng, Ligusticum, and Angelica Powder): Treats pediatric deficiency consumption with internal heat and tidal fever, or sores all over the body.
Beishen (Codonopsis Radix or Ginseng Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (soaked, flesh taken, processed with ginger juice, baked), Bei Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Digupi (Lycii Cortex), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Bei Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus) (processed), Banxiaqu (Pinelliae Fermentum) (each one point five qian), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Chi Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Fuling (Poria), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) (heart removed, each two qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (three qian, baked).
Cut into fine pieces, take two qian per dose, decoct with one small cup of water, three slices of ginger, and three to four leaves of Zisu Ye (Perillae Folium). If suffering from sores, concurrently take Zhudu Huanglian Wan (see category of Gan accumulation); make smaller pills separately. This not only treats sores and thirst, but for those with fever and distension, twenty pills may also be taken.
Da Chaihu Tang (Major Bupleurum Decoction): Treats pediatric tidal fever with a solid pulse.
Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (equal parts).
Decoct with one zhong of water and three slices of ginger for administration.
Baijie San (Hundred-Resolving Powder): Treats pediatric tidal fever with a deficient, floating, and rapid pulse; induces slight sweating.
Gange (Puerariae Radix) (two liang half), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Chi Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) (each two liang), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (one liang), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) (seven qian half), Bo Gui (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (two qian half), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (one liang half).
Decoct with one zhong of water, three slices of ginger, and one stalk of scallion for administration.
Shiwei Renshen San (Ten-Ingredient Ginseng Powder): Treats tidal fever accompanied by physical fatigue.
Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Gegen (Puerariae Radix).
Cut into pieces, decoct with one zhong of water and three slices of ginger for administration.
