Shen (Left): Downward leakage results in spermatorrhea, upward rising causes dizziness; severely, it leads to vomiting and a sensation of falling, tinnitus, and deafness. The pulse is wiry with deficiency in the Chi position. This indicates emptiness of the Kidney root, loss of nourishment for Liver Wood, causing Yang Qi to transform into Wind and ascend entirely. A method of Nourishing Water to Subdue Yang is proposed.
