The pulse is fine and wiry; the left Chi position is slightly choppy. Deeply fearing that body fluids and essence will be depleted, leading to an inability to sustain health.

Zhang (Left) Abundant phlegm, epigastric fullness and obstruction, even vomiting; turbid nasal discharge flows down from the brain. This is due to Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency generating phlegm and transforming into turbidity, making it difficult to eradicate the root cause.

Left Nasal orifice obstruction, while cough is not very severe. The pulse form is slippery and large. This is Lung Heat internally constrained, with turbid fire steaming upwards.

Lu (Left) Fire and Wind have been resolved, but usually suffers from nasal congestion easily. The pulse at the Qi Kou position alone is large. This is turbid fire steaming upwards to the Lung. Should clear and drain.

Jin (Left) Turbid discharge accumulates, nasal orifices are blocked. Lung and Stomach Damp-Heat steaming, turbid qi obstructs the clear orifices, named Bi Qiu (Nasal Polyps/Obstruction); if prolonged, it will inevitably lead to epistaxis.

Longjing Tea Charcoal (0.8 fen), Olive Pit Charcoal (2 qian), these two ingredients ground finely to substitute for snuff.
Chen (Left) Bi Qiu (Nasal Obstruction/Polyps) for over a year, occurring intermittently. Turbid fire occupies the clear position.
