In an emergency, soak the feet in a basin of hot urine from a young boy (Tongbian). If the urine cools down, quench red-hot bricks in it to reheat it. Continue soaking until a layer of white oil floats on the surface of the urine, indicating that all pathogenic factors and blood stasis have been expelled.
Subsequently, crush soap into a paste, mix it evenly with egg white (Jiziqing), and apply it to the injured area. Wrap the feet with straw paper and bind them tightly; do not move for one night to achieve efficacy. The internal powder formula consists of: Renzhongbai (Human excrement deposit, 2 liang), Ziran Tong (Natural copper, 5 qian, processed with vinegar), Ruxiang (Frankincense, 2 qian, processed to remove oil), Moyao (Myrrh, 2 qian), and Niuxi (Achyranthes root, 3 qian). Take two pieces of Mu'er (Wood ear fungus), press out the oil, and process thereafter as directed.
For injuries caused by falls, blows, crushing, falling from heights, being hit by bamboo or wood, falling off horses, or overturning carts, blood stasis accumulates. Cases where urination and defecation are unobstructed are mild; those where they are obstructed are severe. Decoct Dan Dou Chi (Fermented soybean, 1 he) in water and drink the soup, or take fresh ginger juice mixed with sesame oil warm. Then, steam five sheng of clean earth, wrap it heavily in old cloth to make two packs, and alternately apply heat compresses to the affected area, ensuring it is not too hot. If joints are fractured or dislocated, crush raw crab thoroughly, mix with light wine, and drink according to tolerance. Apply the crab residue to the injury site. Alternatively, crush a large toad raw into a paste and apply it to the site; after fixing the bone, it will heal naturally. Another prescription uses Difuchong (Ground beetle, ten, soaked in wine), Diqiu Yin (Earthworm, ten, dried by roasting), Ziran Tong (Natural copper, 2 qian, processed with vinegar), Gusuibu (Drynaria root, 3 qian), and Ruxiang (Frankincense, 5 qian) ground into powder, added with Sumu (Sappanwood, amount unspecified).
(For cases involving hanging or severed tendons/organs): Teach the person to slowly support and realign the part. Apply many Biqian (House spider nests) to the wound site; over time, it will stabilize, and the scrotum will return to normal.
If no medicine is available in haste, apply a pinch of dry tobacco ash to the wound site and bandage it well to stop pain and promote healing. Avoid wind and water exposure. Do not use incense ash under any circumstances; this is strictly emphasized. Another method involves digging up calcined stone (Duanshi) from wall crevices, grinding it into powder, and applying it.
Use hair ash (Youfa Hui). In an emergency, dip the detached ear or nose into the hair ash to adhere it, then bind firmly with soft cloth for miraculous effect. Applying Qili San (Seven-Cent Powder) externally is even more appropriate.
Take rice vinegar, use a chicken feather as a brush to sweep the broken area, and bleeding will stop immediately. Continue using Puhuang (Pollen of Typha, 2 qian), Xingren (Apricot seed, peeled, 2 qian), and Pengsha (Borax, amount unspecified).
