If one suffers from persistent diarrhea due to *Crotonis Fructus* (Badou, 巴豆) poisoning, boiling one sheng of *Sojae Semen Album* (Dadou, 大豆) in water and drinking the decoction can resolve it; alternatively, boiling *Phaseoli Vulgaris Semen Rubrum* (Hongdou, 红豆) works as well. Eating a bowl of cold congee also resolves the toxicity.
Another method: crush fresh *Musa Basjoo Folium* (Bajiaoye, 芭蕉叶), extract the natural juice, and ingest it to stop diarrhea immediately. Another method: crush *Puerariae Radix* (Gegen, 葛根), extract the juice, and drink it. Soaking both hands and feet in cold water is also highly effective. Avoid consuming hot-natured foods. Additionally, grinding *Isatidis Radix* (Langen, 蓝根) with rock sugar (*Saccharum Sinarum*, 沙糖) and taking it with water works. Furthermore, *Crotonis Fructus* toxicity is counteracted by *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang, 大黄), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian, 黄连), *Phragmitis Rhizoma* (Lusun, 芦笋/芦根), and *Zizania Latifolia Rhizoma* (Gusun, 菰笋). Decocting these in water, cooling the liquid, and ingesting it can all stop diarrhea.
Use powdered *Puerariae Radix* (Gegen, 葛根), take two qian per dose, mix with well water, and ingest for recovery.
(Note: The text in parentheses appears to be a corrupted or specific contextual warning: "The toxin affects the liver blood fat and eye sockets; avoid coal dust falling into cooking pots.")
Using olive juice, urine juice (Fenzhi, 粪汁), or *Phragmitis Rhizoma* (Lugen, 芦根) juice are all effective. Alternatively, crushing *Imperatae Rhizoma* (Baimaogen, 白茅根) to extract juice and drinking it while frozen also cures the condition. Another method: grind *Alumen* (Baifan, 白矾) into powder, mix with warm water, and induce vomiting by tickling the throat.
(Note: The text in parentheses describes a separate case: "When slaughtering a horse that died of poisoning, if purple spots appear all over the body and ulcerate, accompanied by painful crying, administer Zijin Ding (Purple Gold Pill) immediately; recovery occurs through vomiting and diarrhea.")
If horse sweat enters a human wound, its toxic qi attacks the heart causing suffocation and near-death state. Burn millet stalks, leach the ash with thick water to make juice, heat it, and dip the wound in it. When white foam is completely expelled from the ash juice in the wound, the patient recovers. Alternatively, apply crushed *Portulaca Oleracea* (Machixian, 马齿苋) externally and ingest its juice. Soaking the wound in cold water and changing it frequently, along with drinking good-quality wine, leads to immediate recovery. If donkey saliva or horse sweat enters a wound, mix equal parts of the inner bark of *Toona Sinensis* (Zhebai, 柘白), *Alumen* (Baifan, 白矾), and *Plumbi Oxidum Rubrum* (Huandan, 黄丹), stir-fry them together, and apply as a paste.
Boil *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, 甘草) into a thick decoction, drink one to two sheng, or decoct it with wine and ingest. Recovery may occur through vomiting or purging. If thirsty, do not drink plain water; doing so will cause death.
Using pig bone ash, mouse feces, fermented soybeans (Douchi, 豆豉), dog feces ash, or head dirt (Rentougu, 人头垢), each taken separately with water, is effective.
Take half a qian of *Aucklandiae Radix* (Muxiang, 木香), slightly crush it, decoct in water, and ingest to resolve toxicity. If amaranth (*Amaranthus tricolor*, Xiancai) and soft-shelled turtle (*Trionyx sinensis*, Bie) are eaten together, a small turtle may form in the abdomen. Drinking one to two bowls of hot horse urine cures this; white horse urine is even better. For those poisoned by fish or turtles, drinking indigo juice (*Indigo Naturalis*, Dianzhi, 靛汁) cures the condition; alternatively, tangerine peel soup (*Chenpi Tang*, 陈皮汤) works.
(Note: The text in parentheses serves as a warning: "In summer, eating raw *Pinelliae Tuber* (Banxia, 半夏) often causes poisoning in many people.")
Drink ginger juice (*Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens*, Shengjiangzhi, 生姜汁). If the patient has lockjaw, pry open the teeth and pour the juice in to save their life.
