万灵膏 左鱼口，右便毒，生于两跨合缝之间，结肿是也。用五倍子不拘多少，盛以净瓦器，加陈醋熬成膏，
撒布上贴之，如干即换，三五次愈。（《崔氏海上方》）
鱼口初起未成脓者 南五倍子炒黄研末，入百草霜等分，以腊糟调涂患处，一夜即消。（《杏林摘要》）
鱼口疮 白枯矾研，寒食面糊调，敷上即消。（《延寿书》）
便毒初起 黄明水胶溶化，涂之即散。（《直指方》）

灸法 肥皂一个火上炙软，剥开去子，只用一边，加炒盐，铺满肥皂中间，仰放于毒上极痛处，用艾约如黄豆
大炷多灸。其人口中觉咸，勿再灸，痛立止。（《经验广集》）
痔疮 靠水杨柳下白须，同无花果叶，二味煎汤，时常熏洗，可以断根。（《新集良方》）
漏疾 土瓜根捣敷之，干即易。（《千金方》）
痔疮有核 白鹅胆（二三枚）取汁，入熊胆（二分）、片脑（半分）研匀，瓷器密封，勿令泄气，用时以手指
涂之。（《保寿堂方》）
痔疮如瓜肿痛如火 柳枝煎浓汤洗之，艾灸三五壮即消。（《许学士本事方》）
缩痔方 用大团鱼头（一个）火 为末，搽痔上，即刻收进，屡验。（《普济方》）
独叶丹 治虫痔。用桃叶二十片杵烂，塞粪门即愈。（《疡科选粹》）
椒子散 治痛痔。川椒为末，掺少许于弹净棉花肉上，衬患处，坐可止痛。（同上）
寸金散 端午日，取大蜈蚣（一条），竹签阴干，用时剪一寸， 存性，桐油调涂，轻必不发，重或对年又发，

五痔肛肿久不愈变成 疮 鸡冠花 凤眼草（各一两） 水二碗 煎汤频洗。（《卫生宝鉴》）
肛门边肿硬痒痛不可忍 以白矾（三分）碎研，用热童便二盏化开，洗痔上，一日两三次。
一方，用鱼腥草一握，煎汤熏洗，仍以草挹痔，即愈。以上（《同寿 》）
肠风痔漏 熊胆（五钱），入片脑少许研，和猪胆汁涂之。（《寿域神方》）
止痔下血 蜓蚰（一条用盐泥裹，煨通红，去泥用） 硼砂 朱砂冰片 雄黄（各等分） 为极细末，入龙骨
少许，趁大便时，以细草纸盛药少许托入，大效。（《秘方集验》）
内痔 草乌（姜汁炒） 刺 皮（炙成性）各一钱 枯矾（二钱）食盐（炒）三钱 麝香（五分） 冰片（二
分） 研细。先用温汤洗净，随用津唾调药末三钱，填入肛门，片时痔即出。（《经验集》）
外痔 木鳖子煎汤熏洗，以青葱涎对蜜调敷，性凉如水，甚效。（《唐仲举方》）
番花痔 以木瓜为末，取鳝鱼身上涎调贴之，用纸护住。（《医林集要》）
鼠乳痔 以蜘蛛丝缠其上，自然消落。（《千金方》）
鸡冠痔 黄连末敷之，加赤小豆末尤良。（《斗门方》）
下部漏痔 大露蜂房烧存性，研，掺之，干则以真菜油调。（《唐瑶经验方》）
痔漏出水 蜣螂（一枝）阴干，入冰片少许，为细末，纸捻蘸末入孔内，渐渐生肉，捻退出即愈。（《孟诜必效

痔漏肿痛 无名异，炭火 红，末，酸淬七次，为细末，以温水洗疮，绵裹箸头，填末入疮口，数次愈。（《简

一方，用田螺一个入片脑一分于内，取水搽之，仍先用冬瓜汤洗净。（《乾坤生意》）
痔漏脱肛针法 中脘穴，在脐上四寸。中极穴，在脐下四寸。会阳穴，在长强穴骨下各开一寸五分。会阴穴，
在大便前、小便后。承山穴，在膝湾陷中。委中穴，在腿肚中。（《刺灸心法》）
痔漏插药 雄大蜣螂不拘多少，阴干研，加冰片少许，将绵纸捻作条，用白芨水蘸湿，晒干待硬，再蘸湿，染
药末于纸条上，量孔浅深插入，渐渐生肉，条自退出，用剪刀剪去外一段，即满靥。（《种福堂方》）
痔漏退管 白鸽粪（一升）置罐内，以滚水冲入罐中，乘热气，病患坐于罐口上熏之，管自落，数日即收口。
忍痛久坐更妙。（同上）
油药 酥合油 熊胆（各五分） 头窠鸡蛋（二个用清煎油）共和匀敷之，神效。
有一赵姓者，患痔垂死，用此立愈。（《灵秘丹药》）
药水 片脑（一分） 熊胆（三分） 朴硝（五分） 青果核（烧灰）五钱 蜗牛 螺肉（各十个） 捣烂，入药
浸一夜，取水并药敷上，无不断根。（同上）
Wanling Gao (Ten Thousand Spirits Ointment): When occurring on the left, it is called Yukou (Fish Mouth); when on the right, it is called Biandu (Buttock Abscess). Both arise between the junction of the two groin creases, presenting as nodular swelling. Take Wubeizi (Gallic Nut) in any quantity, place it in a clean earthenware vessel, add aged vinegar, and boil into an ointment. Sprinkle and apply to the affected area; replace if dry. For Yukou at the initial stage without suppuration: Take Nan Wubeizi (Southern Gallic Nut), stir-fry until yellow, and grind into powder. Mix with Baicaoshuang (Soot from Hundred Herbs) in equal proportions. Blend with Lacao (Beeswax residue) and apply to the lesion; it dissipates overnight. (From *Xinglin Zhaiyao*)

Upper Biandu: Take one Crucian Carp (Jiyu) and five qian of Yam (Shanyao). Pound together and apply; it dissipates immediately. (From *Yilin Jiyao*)
Biandu Yongju (Abscess and Carbuncle): Take one Suojiao (Gleditsia Sinensis Pod), boil with vinegar into an ointment, and apply. Repeatedly effective. (From *Cunrentang Mi*)
Moxibustion Method: Take one Soap Fruit (Fangzi), soften over fire, peel open, remove seeds, and use only half. Add stir-fried salt, spread evenly in the center of the soap half. Place it supine on the most painful spot of the abscess. Perform moxibustion with many moxa cones the size of soybeans. Stop when the patient feels a salty taste in the mouth; pain stops immediately. Hemorrhoids Swollen like Melon, Painful like Fire: Wash with strong decoction of Liu Zhi (Willow Branch). Perform moxibustion for three to five Zhu (units); it dissipates. (From *Xu Xueshi Banshi Fang*)
Suozhi Fang (Retracting Hemorrhoid Formula): Take one large Soft-shelled Turtle Head. Roast to ash/powder. Rub onto hemorrhoids; they retract immediately. Repeatedly effective. (From *Puji Fang*)
Duye Dan: Treats Chongzhi (Insect Hemorrhoids). Pound twenty Tao Ye (Peach Leaves) until mushy. Insert into anus; cures. (From *Yangke Xuanhui*)

Cunjinsan: On Dragon Boat Festival day, take one large Wugong (Centipede). Dry in shade using bamboo skewers. Cut one cun for use, preserve its nature. Blend with Tongyou (Tung Oil) and apply. Wuzhi Gangzhong Jiubuyuchengchuang (Five Types of Hemorrhoids with Perianal Swelling Not Healing for Long, Turning into Sores): Ji Guan Hua (Cockscomb Flower) and Feng Yan Cao (Alternanthera Philoxeroides), each one liang. Decoct in two bowls of water. Wash frequently. (From *Weisheng Baojian*)
Perianal Swelling, Hardness, Itching, Unbearable Pain: Crush three fen of Bai Fan (Alum). Dissolve in two zhan of hot Tongbian (Child's Urine). Wash the hemorrhoids two to three times daily.

Changfeng Zhilou (Intestinal Wind Hemorrhoids/Fistula): Xiong Dan (Bear Bile, 5 qian). Add a little Pian Nao (Borneol), grind, and mix with Pig Bile for application. (From *Shouyu Shenfang*)
Stop Hemorrhoidal Bleeding: Tingyou (Land Leech) one piece (wrapped in salt mud, roasted red, remove mud). Pengsha (Borax), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Bingpian (Borneol), Xionghuang (Realgar) in equal parts. Grind to ultra-fine powder. Add a little Longgu (Dragon Bone). During defecation, hold a small amount of medicine in thin grass paper and insert/support it inside the anus. Highly effective. Neizhi (Internal Hemorrhoids): Caowu (Aconitum Carlexicum, stir-fried with Ginger Juice) and Cipi (Tree Bark, roasted to preserve nature), each one qian. Kufan (Calcined Alum) two qian. Yan (Salt, stir-fried) three qian. Shexiang (Musk) five fen. Bingpian (Borneol) two fen. Grind finely. First wash with warm water. Then mix three qian of powder with saliva and fill into the anus. Lower Part Fistula Hemorrhoids: Burn Dalu Fengfang (Honeycomb) until carbonized (preserve nature). Grind and sprinkle on the lesion. If dry, blend with genuine Rapeseed Oil. (From *Tang Yao Jingyan Fang*)
Zhilou Chushui (Hemorrhoids/Fistula Discharging Fluid): Dried Dung Beetle (Qiángláng) one piece. Add a little Bingpian (Borneol). Grind to fine powder. Dip paper wick in powder and insert into the hole. Flesh grows gradually. Withdraw the wick; it cures. (From *Meng Shen Bixiao Fang*)
Zhilou Zhongtong (Hemorrhoids/Fistula Swelling and Pain): Wumingyi (Ilmenite). Roast in charcoal fire until red. Quench in acid seven times. Grind to fine powder. Wash sore with warm water. Wrap cotton around chopstick tip, fill powder into sore. Heals after several times. (From *Jianbian Fang*)
Zhilou Tengtong (Hemorrhoids/Fistula Pain): Two or three scales of Carp. Wrap in cotton like a date shape. Insert and sit upon it. Pain stops immediately. (From *Rumen Shiqin*)
Alternative: Take one Field Snail. Place one fen of Bingpian (Borneol) inside. Extract juice and apply. First wash with Winter Melon Decoction. (From *Qiankun Shengyi*)
Acupuncture for Hemorrhoids/Fistula/Rectal Prolapse: Zhongwan Point, four cun above the umbilicus. Zhongji Point, four cun below the umbilicus. Huiyang Point, one inch five fen lateral to the bone below Changqiang Point. Huiyin Point, between the anus and scrotum/genitals. Chengshan Point, in the depression of the popliteal fossa. Insertion Medicine for Hemorrhoids/Fistula: Large male Dung Beetles in any quantity. Dry in shade and grind. Add a little Bingpian (Borneol). Make strips from cotton paper. Moisten with Baiji Water (Bletilla Striata Water), dry until hard, moisten again, dye the powder onto the strip. Insert according to depth. Flesh grows gradually. Strip exits naturally. Retracting Tube for Hemorrhoids/Fistula: One sheng of Bai Ge Fen (Pigeon Droppings) in a jar. Pour boiling water into the jar. Patient sits on the jar mouth to fumigate with the heat.
