To treat heat-toxin.
Take equal parts of *Dachye Fuping* (Large-leaf Duckweed), *Furong Ye* (Hibiscus Leaf), Zao Ye (Jujube Leaf), Huai Ye (Locust Tree Leaf), Sang Ye (Mulberry Leaf), Liu Ye (Willow Leaf), and Tao Ye (Peach Leaf). Add a small amount of salt and a little honey, pound into a paste, and apply to the affected area; it will subside immediately.
Take five Gualou seeds (Trichosanthis Semen) and five pieces of Rush Xiang (Frankincense) the size of a jujube. Grind these two ingredients together into powder. Boil with one jin (approx. 500g) of white honey to make an ointment. Take three qian per dose, washed down with warm wine.
Sheng [Di Huang] (3.5 qian), Lian Qiao (3 qian, remove heart), Ben [Cang] (1.5 qian), Sheng Gan [Cao] (1.5 qian), Qiang Huo (1.5 qian), Jie [Geng] (1 qian each), Ren Shen (5 [qian]), Su Mu Shao (Safflower tip), Gui Wei (Angelica Sinensis tail), Fang Ji (5 [qian] each). To treat all malignant sores, back carbuncles, abscesses, and carbuncles where pain is unbearable; or when sore toxin enters the interior causing mental confusion, fatigue, and vomiting. Whether the sore has not yet formed, has formed, or has ulcerated, no need for lancet cutting or cauterizing agents; the evil toxin will discharge naturally. Also treats contusions and injuries, bone and tendon pain, postpartum abdominal pain in women, lochia retention, and red-and-white leukorrhea.
Huang [Qi], Bai Shao, Chuan Xiong, Dang Gui, Chen Pi, Gan Cao, Ma Huang (remove joints, 2 liang each), Ren Shen, Ru Xiang (roasted), Mo Yao (roasted, [amount] each). Cut into slices. Take 1.5 liang or 2 liang per dose, decoct in water, and take warm. Any surgeon who strictly adheres to this formula will surely achieve complete success.
To treat all unnamed swellings and toxic masses that are pale red rather than crimson, hard, and non-elevated; this is a yin syndrome, which cannot be treated without this medicine. Specifically treats lower jiao abscesses, toxic bone infections.
