Liu'an Decoction: Treats cough caused by wind-cold, and symptoms of phlegm stagnation with rebellious qi.
Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (1.5 qian), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum) (2-3 qian), Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (1 qian), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (1 qian), Baijiezi (Brassicae Semens) (0.5-0.7 qian).
(Note: The original text contains fragmented instructions regarding preparation or sourcing, such as "easy to scatter, preferably add Northern..."; if wind pathogen is strong, add Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) 1 qian; generally, this serves as the base for sovereign decoctions to temporarily open phlegm and qi.)
Remove Xingren and Baijiezi, add Chao Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum) 1-2 qian, and Sharen (Amomi Fructus) 4 fen, named Hewei Erchen Decoction. Treats phlegm generated by stomach cold, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal fullness.
Mengshi Gun Tan Wan: (Prescription by Wang Yinjun) Treats solid phlegm, old phlegm, and various bizarre diseases. (Excessive Wood Qi overacts on Earth, causing Qi transformation failure, leading to accumulation and obstruction in the Middle and Upper Jiao, swirling and impacting the convoluted parts of the intestines and stomach, termed "Old Phlegm." It generates various syndromes that are unpredictable and cannot be cured by ordinary medicines; this pill is the main treatment.)
Qingmengshi (Lepidocrocite) (1 liang), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum) (5 qian), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma steamed with wine), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (8 liang). Crush Qingmengshi, mix with Yanxiao (Natrii Nitratis), place together in a clay pot, and calcine; longer calcination is better. When taking the newly prepared medicine, allow it to remain in the chest, descending from above.
Qingmengshi possesses a fierce nature capable of attacking accumulated and latent phlegm. (When spitting up phlegm water, sprinkling Mengshi causes the phlegm to descend immediately, thus it is considered a holy medicine for promoting phlegm discharge.)
(Note: The original text contains fragmented symptom descriptions such as "eyebrow ridge/ear...", "heartburn...", "bone pain...", "body trembling...", "intestinal toxin...", etc., but the meaning is incomplete.)
Add Yuanmingfen (Natrii Sulfas) 1 liang, coated with Zhusha (Cinnabaris), with identical efficacy. Reduce Dahuang and Huangqin by 6 liang each, add Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) and Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum) 2 liang each, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 1 liang, and Zhuli (Bambusae Caulis in Taenia Succus)...
Qinge Decoction: Treats syndromes where phlegm is stirred by fire, resulting in Qi congestion, wheezing and fullness, internal heat, irritability, and thirst.
Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (1.5 qian), Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus) (2-3 qian, crushed), Danning (Arisaematis Cum Bile Preparatum) (1-2 qian), Haishi (Calcitum), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) (2 qian), Baijiezi (Brassicae Semens) (0.5-0.7 qian).
(Note: The original text ends with fragmented symptoms such as "red and flushed face/head, irritability...", "phlegm-fire blockage...", indicating incomplete description.)
