Puncture the fingers near the nail bed to a depth of approximately one and a half fen, and release blood; the symptoms will subside immediately. Subsequently, stroke downwards from both arms to gather the evil blood at the fingertips.
Burn "Luanfa" (a specific herbal preparation or method contextually implied as a hemostatic agent) to charcoal while preserving its properties, grind it into fine powder, and administer with water. It can also be insufflated into the nasal cavity. Another prescription: take Baiji Powder (Bletillae Rhizoma Powder) and mix it with fresh cold water for oral administration. Another method: soak several sheets of paper in water, place them at the vaginal opening, and apply heat by ironing; once the paper dries, the bleeding stops immediately. Another method: tie a thread around the middle phalanx of the middle finger. If bleeding occurs from the left nostril, tie the left hand; if from the right nostril, tie the right hand. If bleeding occurs from both nostrils, tie both hands. Another method: crush garlic into a paste and apply it to the sole of the foot.
Drip cat urine into the ear canal, and the parasites will exit. (Rub the cat's nose with ginger to induce urination.)
Drink a mixture of Chinese Chive Juice (Jiu Zhi) and Child's Urine (Tong Bian) to dissipate blood stasis. For bone fractures, mix honey and scallion white (Cong Bai), pound into a uniform thick paste, apply densely as a compress, and simultaneously administer two qian of Biji Powder (Bletillae Rhizoma Powder) mixed with wine.
In cases of sudden fainting where medication cannot be administered in time, burn charcoal near the bed and pour vinegar on it, or apply vinegar to the mouth and nose to allow the sour aroma to enter; when the spirit gathers, consciousness will return. Alternatively, use lacquerware or dry lacquer, burn them to produce smoke, and fumigate the patient so that the vapor is inhaled through the nose. (After childbirth, if blood flows profusely, Qi follows and escapes. Observe if the face is pale, eyes are closed, hands and feet are cold, and the pulse is minute; this indicates Qi collapse syndrome. Rapidly decoct one to two liang of Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) into a thick soup and administer it. Postpartum syncope due to blood loss fundamentally belongs to Qi deficiency, though Phlegm abundance can also cause it. If the physical form, breath, and pulse all indicate excess, with chest/abdominal distension, pain, and upward rushing, this is Blood rebellion syndrome, suitable for Shixiao San (Pain-Relieving Powder). If Phlegm is abundant, Erchen Tang (Two-Cured Decoction) is suitable. If there are no symptoms such as distension, pain, or coarse breathing, it all belongs to Qi deficiency, and large doses of Xionggui Tang (Cyperi and Angelicae Decoction) or Bazhen Tang (Eight-Treasure Decoction) should be used as the main treatment.)
Mix three parts vinegar with seven parts cold water, apply to the face; the uterus will contract repeatedly, and after three applications, it will retract. Another method: use one liang of Ricinus Communis Seed (Bimaban Ren); remove the application immediately after the uterus retracts. Another method: insufflate Saponaria Officinalis Powder (Zaojiao Mo) into the nasal cavity; upon sneezing, the uterus will rise immediately.
