麻油（二十三两） 鸡子黄（十个） 血余（三钱） 黄蜡 樟冰（各五两） 黄丹（六两）
先将油煎极滚，下鸡子一枚，熬枯去之，又下又去，十枚尽后，下血余煎烊，以棉滤净；再
入黄蜡，待沫净离火，用槐枝搅，入黄丹樟冰；稍冷，入水浸一夜，出火毒，备用。
不拘破伤疮毒烂孔，以旧棉摊贴，加细药末，临用掺之。乳香 没药 儿茶（各一钱） 珍
珠（五分） 冰片（三分） 共为细末，掺膏内贴。又红玉膏，治同。黄蜡 白蜡 乳香
没药（各五钱） 樟冰 血竭 轻粉 象皮（各四钱） 儿茶（二钱） 熟猪油（四两） 将二
蜡化去渣，取起入前药末搅匀，先以葱白汤洗净患处，拭干后，敷药，以纸盖，勿
令见风。
治一切破伤极效。
冬熟猪油炖烊滤清，每油七两，配白蜡三钱，搅匀听用。 铅粉（四钱） 轻粉（二钱）
冰片（二分） 制油（二钱五分） 擂匀，作膏贴之。
治瘀血内凝，烦闷疼痛者。
巴豆霜 甘草粉（各三钱） 以饮糊为丸，如麻子大，朱砂为衣，每服七丸，茶酒送下。
治损伤疼痛难禁者，服之神效。
生草乌（去皮尖） 乳香 没药 五灵脂（各五钱） 麝香（少许） 共为细末，酒糊为丸
，如芡实大，朱砂为衣，薄荷汤生姜汁磨化服。
Treats broken injuries with ulceration that fail to heal and contract. It is also applicable to sores and ulcers.
Sesame oil (23 liang) Egg yolk (10) Hair charcoal (Xueyu Tan, 3 qian) Beeswax (Huangla) Borneol (Zhangbing, each 5 liang) Lead tetroxide (Huangdan, 6 liang)
First, boil the oil until extremely hot. Add one egg yolk, fry until withered, then remove. Repeat this process for all ten eggs. Afterward, add the hair charcoal and melt it, filtering through cotton cloth until clear;
then add beeswax. Once the foam subsides, remove from fire and stir with a locust branch. Add lead tetroxide and borneol. After cooling slightly, immerse in water overnight to eliminate "fire toxicity," and set aside for use.
For any broken injury, sore toxin, or ulcerated wound, spread on old cotton and apply as a patch. Add fine medicinal powder when applying. Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao), Child's Tea (Ercha, each 1 qian) Pearl (Zhenzhu, 5 fen) Borneol (Bingpian, 3 fen) Grind together into a fine powder and sprinkle onto the plaster before application. The Red Jade Plaster (Hongyu Gao) has the same indications. Beeswax (Huangla), White Wax (Baila), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao, each 5 qian) Borneol (Zhangbing), Dragon's Blood (Xuexie), Calomel (Qingfen), Elephant Skin (Xiangpi, each 4 qian) Child's Tea (Ercha, 2 qian) Rendered Lard (Shu Zhuyou, 4 liang) Melt the two waxes, remove dregs, take the liquid, mix with the aforementioned powders evenly. First wash the affected area with scallion white decoction, dry it, apply the medicine, cover with paper, and avoid exposure to wind.
Highly effective for all types of broken injuries.
Render winter lard, melt, and filter clearly. For every 7 liang of oil, mix with 3 qian of white wax, stir evenly, and keep ready. Lead carbonate (Qianfen, 4 qian) Calomel (Qingfen, 2 qian) Borneol (Bingpian, 2 fen) Prepared Oil (Zhi You, 2.5 qian) Grind uniformly, form into a plaster, and apply.
Treats internal stagnation of blood stasis accompanied by restlessness, oppression, and pain.
Croton seed paste (Badoushuang), Licorice root powder (Gancao Fen, each 3 qian) Mix with a starch paste made from drinking water to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Coat with Cinnabar (Zhusha). Take 7 pills per dose, swallowed with tea or wine.
Treats severe pain due to trauma that is unbearable. Administration yields miraculous effects.
Raw Aconite Root (Sheng Caowu, peeled and de-awned) Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao), Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi, each 5 qian) Musk (Shexiang, a small amount) Grind together into a fine powder. Form pills with a wine-based paste, sized like Euryale Seed (Qianshi). Coat with Cinnabar (Zhusha). Dissolve using Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang) and Ginger Juice (Shengjiang Zhi) before ingestion.
