乳香 没药 苏木 川乌 松节 自然铜（醋 ） 降香 地龙（炒去油） 水蛭（各五
钱，香油炒炙） 血竭（三钱） 龙骨（五钱） 土狗（十二个，焙干） 各为细末，每服三
钱，热酒下。
治损伤后，恶气上升，呕吐不止者。
大黄（三钱） 生地 熟地 川芎（各五钱） 共为末，每服三钱，空心温酒送下立效。
治筋骨损伤，无分经络，定痛散血，立见神效。
白头地龙（二十四条，童便制） 石蟹（三只，酒制） 土狗（十二个，葱汁制） 水
蛭（六条，醋制） 地鳖虫（三百六十个，姜汁制） 上各浸制为末，加乳香 没药 血
竭（各一两） 天雷石（一两，醋制七次，须预制去火毒） 米糊为丸，弹子大。作三十丸
，每丸可救一人，胡桃、红花煎酒磨化送下。 又方 治伤后瘀血攻心，垂危欲死者，
服之神效。 血竭 当归 百草霜 乳香 没药 官桂 大黄 好酒煎服。
治破伤风，寒热发噤，入里内陷者。
茅苍术（八两） 全蝎 石斛 明天麻 当归 炙甘草 川芎 羌活 荆芥 防风
麻黄 细辛 川乌（汤泡去皮） 草乌（汤泡去皮尖） 何首乌（各一两） 明雄黄 朱砂（各六
钱） 上共为细末，炼蜜为丸，弹子大。每丸五六钱，朱砂为衣，葱白煎汤，乘热化开，
通口服尽，被盖出汗为效。如无汗再服如前。

Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Sumu (Sappan Wood), Chuanwu (Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.), Songjie (Pinus Massoniana Branch), Ziran Tong (Pyritum, processed with vinegar), Jiangxiang (Aquilaria Sappanwood), Dilong (Pheretima aspergillum, stir-fried to remove oil), Shuizhi (Hirudo, each 5 qian, stir-fried in sesame oil), Xuexie (Dragon's Blood, 3 qian), Longgu (Fossilized Mammal Bones, 5 qian), Tugou (Gryllotalpa orientalis, 12 specimens, baked dry). Grind all into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, administered with hot wine.
For the treatment of post-traumatic adverse qi rising upward, causing persistent vomiting.
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 3 qian), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, each 5 qian). Grind together into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, administered on an empty stomach with warm wine for immediate efficacy.
For the treatment of bone and tendon injuries, regardless of the meridians involved, to relieve pain and dissipate blood stasis, showing miraculous effects immediately.
Baitou Dilong (Pheretima aspergillum, 24 specimens, prepared with child's urine), Shixie (Potamidae, 3 specimens, prepared with wine), Tugou (Gryllotalpa orientalis, 12 specimens, prepared with green onion juice), Shuizhi (Hirudo, 6 specimens, prepared with vinegar), Dibiechong (Eupolyphaga Sinensis, 360 specimens, prepared with ginger juice). Soak and prepare each separately, then grind into powder. Add Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Xuexie (Dragon's Blood) (each 1 liang), and Tianlei Shi (Tianlei Stone, 1 liang, prepared with vinegar seven times; must be pre-prepared to eliminate fire toxicity). Use rice paste to form pills, sized like bullets. Make thirty pills in total; each pill can save one person. Administer by grinding with walnut and Honghua (Carthamus Tinctorius Flower) decocted in wine. Another prescription: For treating post-traumatic blood stasis attacking the heart, where the patient is critical and near death, this formula shows miraculous efficacy. Xuexie (Dragon's Blood), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baicaoshuang (Soot from burning hundred herbs), Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Guanzi Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), decocted in good wine and taken orally.

Mao Cangzhu (Atractylodis Lanceae Rhizoma, 8 liang), Quanxie (Scorpio), Shihu (Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis), Ming Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Chuanwu (Aconitum carmichaelii Debx., soaked in water and peeled), Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, soaked in water and peeled and tipped), Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix, each 1 liang), Ming Xionghuang (Realgar), Zhusha (Cinnabar, each 6 qian). Grind all into fine powder. Use refined honey to form pills, sized like bullets. Take 5-6 qian per dose, coated with Zhusha (Cinnabar). Decoct Congbai (Allium Fistulosum Bulb) in water, dissolve the pill while hot, and take orally until finished. Cover with blankets to induce sweating as a sign of efficacy. If no sweat occurs, administer again as before.
